Keep your fluids up. 2 L clear at a min even if you hate the thought of it. If you get a temp over 38, paracetamol 1g every four hours. If you have difficulty breathing, don’t fuck about. Get an ambulance. And focus on your outward breath not your inward. Just your outward.
