Chocolate Thai Update: 2 hours in trim jail just doing a quick wet trim. I harvested half and I’ll finish tomorrow. What a major pita. lol. CL🍀.

Looks
Don’t know have to check it out. CL🍀
I’m not a mold expert but now I gotta have it checked out by one. I have a feeling that it’s gonna be expensive. Better safe than sorry. CL🍀

Nice work! It's surprising it took that long since it's 65% down there so make sure you scope what goes into the jars.

Better safe than sorry!
I forgot about finding it @ 70% a couple of times. I’m definitely going to be using a scope on anything that goes into a jar. Question, when filling them 3/4s full does one pack them tightly or loosely? I’m going to be using quart size wide mouthed jars 🫙. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Yeah that’s what I thought 💭 but wanted to be sure. I hope a dozen quart jars 🫙 are enuff. lol CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:
I find bigger jars are easier to work with. Less burping, more even product

That’s what I thought when I bought them but didn’t know about less burping. Thanks for the info ℹ️. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

I like turkey bags for big harvests. Much easier to burp evenly than jars.
I like to put mine in very large brown paper bags door 2 weeks before they go into jars; but then I've never used a hygrometer.
I used used to hang out until the stems snapped, then 2 weeks in the bags (I used to get them from the cleaners a work), them into jars, still on their stems. Never had a problem.

Looking forwards to hearing your thoughts on The Panama once it's cured. Beech year in going to do the Ace Panama/Tiger cross. 🙂
