Well, my intention when I got home from work was to go straight in to get some pictures of the plants. Best laid plans.....
I loaded the wood stove, headed inside and just as I closed the door relatives pulled in unannounced. Ooooh it irritates me when people don't call first. Anyway...by the time they left the plants lights out time had hit.

So, I'll get some pics tomorrow for ya'll.

Well my plans today got changed, I'm not working. So I have the day to myself. :)

I took a couple of pics of the pollinated branches this morning. They are doing just great. The DCC pistils are getting thinner and shriveling inward.
The THC Bomb is doing awesome, there are already calyx's forming for the seeds.
I'm probably going to spray them down with some water today and move them back into flower tonight after I'm sure they won't harm anything.

Ooh, it's the worst! In my old age I've gotten to the point that on some days if you come by unannounced we don't even answer the buzzer. I guess in a house you can't really get away with that though & plus it WAS family.

LOL, actually I think I haven't lived alone long enough! I had an elderly lady here for a couple of months that I was being a caregiver to (not for MJ), it was working out really well until one of her Daughters' husband died and she decided she wanted to take care of Mom at her place. Worked out well for the both of them. Also an Uncle here for a few months that I was helping, that didn't work out well at all. LOL I'm taking my time looking for the next "room mate". ;-)

Yeah, I can get away with not answering the door if I remember to get my car in the garage right away. But it was outside so they knew I was here. I don't mind visiting with my Bro, he even helped me work on some things on tweaking my wood stove. However, my SIL, whom I love dearly, is an old school downright southern girl from Missourah (that's how she pronounces it), and down home when she went to visitin' it was hours long. Sit and visit "a spell". I don't sit.....LOL

I've got a neighbour, elderly, we're mates and he 'walks' in the area.

Well his 'walks', at least once a week usually more, involve stopping in for a 'spell' and want's my undivided attention.

He enjoy's our 'spells' so much that if I'm not there, he'll let himself in, take a seat, and wait...!


Not terribly impressed, but somewhat am stuck with it.

Stinky cabinets don't help much either :)

Here's the flower girls. I will try to get some daylight pics tomorrow on these so we can see the bud colors.

I keep having to tie branches up on this BG1 plant, they keep falling over.

And the pollinated girls got spritzed with water around the pollinated branches. I'm going to leave them in isolation one more night. The arrows show where the pollinated branches are:

That's it Canna...no kids and a half brother in another state, so he's got no one, so it can be a little painful, but he's ok and we're mates :)

He loves the kids, the kids love him...you know it's all quite symbiotic I guess :)

I have not read to the bottom yet to see if anybody else said this, but try not to let the plastic touch the leaves. That can cause the leaves to rot or get damaged where they will start to get infected. The way you have that set up is good. The one thing you can add for 5 dollars worth of stuff is a PVC pipe 1" with some PVC elbows. Home Despot or any hardware store. Make it tall enough to clear the top of the plant and drape the plastic over the PVC frame. That's how I would do it in your limited space.

Let's make this easy on ya REG,
grab a wire coat hanger and straighten it out. Then bend it about 3/4 from the top and form a half or full circle depending on how tall and wide your plant is. Then stick it in the pot and hang the light weight plastic on that. You could use two hangers, one on each side of the pot depending on how wide your plant is.
No money spent, and shouldn't take you 5 minutes.

I've got some different things going on than the thread title states, one of the seeds (strawberry blue and Hawaiian Skunk haze ) never popped and I germed some others and wound up with some males.

I'm always doing things differently than the original plan....I do the same thing when I cook. LOL

Thanks Timmy! I agree that it was successful. I'm going to have to LST this strain early from now on, they get so darned tall! Not sure what I'm going to do with the one under the HPS light, I can't get that light any higher and that plant just keeps growing upward. I tried to bend the top down a bit and wound up breaking it, but it recovered within a day. Resilient gals!
