if you get an RO set up make sure you can change the osmosis membrane yourself.

the osmosis membrane is kind of the main deal. there are usually a couple other filters as well.

some manufacturers encase the membrane in a proprietary cartridge. forcing you to buy their brand at a premium price, until they change the design -- and force you into an expensive upgrade.

the membrane and individual filters, are all available as cheap generics. if you chose carefully and buy with prudence.

good. probably cheaper then. 3k min in a 5er bmw. i could do it for $600.

i actually will only drive a standard. but i've worked on a number of cars. rebuilt a couple.

The solonoid is 200 CAD and was supposed to fit but it didn't. So I was able to change the transmission filter which meant 6qts of tranny fluid and cleaning all the old gasket, blah blah blah. Now I have to drain it all over again once the right part shows up. The dealer said the transmission was gone, but I'm not buying into that. Goes into N on it's own, then erratic shifting. ODB code P0729 which says Incorrect 6th gear ratio Whatever happened to the little hampster in the cage that made these things go?

Sorry to hear about the car troubles We are encouraged not to have company either and with them just getting better and me still trying to kick whatever they gave me I don’t think it’s a great idea but it’s not my house so I just gotta roll with it unfortunately. He doesn’t want the company either but is letting him come over anyway.

The one I have was completely self installed and other filters are supposed to fit including the RO membrane. I did a crap ton of research and reading of reviews before I took the plunge. I do that on anything I purchase tho.. kinda make myself nuts with it actually.

It's a hard habit to break especially if your a social type of person. You don't even realize that you have 5 people all around talking until someone says "Should we be further apart?" Weird.

Very true and very weird. My daughter and her boyfriend were supposed to visit this weekend but since we’ve been down with the sickness visit has been postponed.

Thank you Carcass, still have a lil low grade fever hanging on and the cough is finally breaking up, feeling drained, but I’m hanging in there.
It is weird not doing the traditional visits. My mom just dropped a few things off and that was the first time I haven’t hugged her when I see her. I just don’t want her getting whatever crud I’ve got. Crazy crazy Hope you have a great rest of your day!

I don’t know what kinda bad juju I’ve got going this round with seeds but jeezum Pete I had to drop another seed. My other GSC doesn’t look like she is gonna make it My man took the husk off because she was already laying down. So the list has changed from GSC to Blue Monster from New Guy 420

I always envision a grow where all/both the plants are the same age...and it almost never happens...
or... everything ends up sprouting, and you've got more than you need...because you planted extras, because you knew they wouldn't all sprout...
