Canadian Growers Group & Friends

Hey Gang was just wondering since most people are harvesting or have harvested, What does everyone do with the root system that's left behind?... I have heard of people saying it has nutrients and it can be dried out and ground up to use like a fertilizer, Has anyone else heard or seen this being done? ...Want not waste not right! ;)
Well so far... my outdoor autos root and stalk is sitting in my garage floor.... still..... from, shit idk, months ago!! :laughtwo:

Excuse the mess!

I left one plant standing - I had taken all I wanted from it - Wow - the chickadees loved it - I don't know if they were after the buds or seeds - at first I thought aphids, but I doubt it. But now I'm a bit worried that they may come back next year, early!!!

Day 54 since the flip. Almost 8 weeks.....Gorilla Zkittles says 8-9 weeks, looks like she will be right on schedule, imagine that! Smells amazing very fruity yet skunky. Cheese advertises 9-10, I think she will be closer to the 10 for sure unless something drastic happens..

Thanks guys.. I'm quite happy with how they are doing at this point... This morning I started soaking a Dutch Passion Strawberry Cough for the next run. Pretty sure I will just do the one plant in 5 gallon of coco and train her out as best I can manage. Dunno if I will break out the scrog screen or what we will see what happens..

Looking forward to see you grow that one out, PE. I need to get me some strawberry cough!!
Just waiting for the seed to crack, have her solo cup of coco/perlite ready to go ;).. I grew it a couple winters ago and it was good but I'll do a better job this time I think.

good sunday morning friends,, karma sent out right cross this fabo country,,

i saved the stalks and branches,, one full piece,, just not the roots,, i have two big stalks hanging in the garage. i keep envisioning gandalf and his groovy pipe,, long and bendy and comfy looking. that is my vision,, whether it ever gets done is another story,, but it will be next spring or summer till they be dry. beer can size trunks

there has been a thread or two on here about folks making pipes and things with stalks

i harvested this yesterday,, the prettiest plant i have yet to grow,, i posted about it recently,, but she be gone now,,

Hello everyone, awesome to see such an active Canadian growers community! Good to see familiar faces too @CADBOY :peace: We wanted to reach out and find out if anyone has tried DYNOMYCO C? We have 2500 propagules/g of a species of endomycorrhizal fungi that has been scientifically proven to benefit cannabis plants. Once you grow with DYNOMYCO C you won't grow without us again. We have seen some amazing results from growers using our product.
Feel free to reach out.
Happy growing

Actually just yesterday I ordered a 75g package. Was planning on trying it in my next coco/megacrop grow starting soon. How far is 75 grams going to go? Enough for several plants /up pots I'm hoping??

Awesome stuff! Welcome to the DYNOMYCOMMUNITY great to have you with us :peace:

In terms of how far the 75g pouch will get you, it all depends on the size of your containers (initial container and the bigger ones that will be used for up potting) as well as how many times you plan on up potting (i.e how many transplants you plan on doing).

If you want to discuss in detail your setup (growing media, container sizes, and the number of transplants) feel free to inbox me, I'm around and happy to answer any questions. I can then give you a more accurate estimate.

Happy growing.

Hi folks quick question? .... I was curious can you take clones from a transplant shocked cannabis plant to save the genetics, Will the new clone develop a better root system or is it just a lost cause and should I start from seed again?.. I have done alot of cloning before just never tried with a transplanted shocked cannabis plant. :)
