BC Bud is out of Van Nys now ....... figure that one out. Emey developed megalomania and no dought hustling someone :). I have a stash of Jax. Interesting how they both use So Cal Master Kush. My guess is that most of the lps have seed production as part of their deal, shame none use it. Imagine, making seed on someone else's dime. Simple math..... 120 same clones ....... 100 recivers, 20 reversed for pollen doners, hit the recievers at the right time and good for 10,000 seeds easy. Glad I'm only wanting top notch to smoke.

think you mean 100,000 seeds easy .. .

really dont know what your talking about again ..

is the bc bud depot from marc emery .. think he got band from business ..

emery was associated with crop king.

it's still based in BC. the californian office is to get around import issues. if you order in canada it still comes out of the original place in BC. they'll never give up that land unless they get burnt from the wildfires.

Licenced producers.

I guess you could count on that number with really nasty monoecious plants. It takes more forethought with truely diousious ones to hit numbers like that. Fem seeds are the rule now and worth the money if done right.
i think with a hundred plants at a meter size easy make 100,000 seeds only 1000 seed a plant..
think that be easy.... enough to make pop corn ..

Here's my plant that I'm going to monocrop with. It's a fem and s1. Makes loads of tall tricomes and gets at it early. Cuttings will have to do. Going s2 with it would take a bit and a big plant count but maybe some gems there.

is it better to get cutting from a veg plant ? ive never done a cutting from a blooming plant.. guess just take
a bit more time to chemically go back to veg state then start growing ..

nice little bush ..

Easier anyway. A cutting from a flowering plant will take longer to root and will then produce a bush (monstercrop).

Might be better to root it and then take cuts from it after it revegges if you want a more normal plant.

Veg by far. I don't back up what I grow so always take cuttings in flower or regenerate if I find a good plant. Plant already exists in veg. That one was regenerated in the spring and getting flowered out now. Would be neat to feminize it again for seed, fem that seed and use the pollen back on it.

Do you have a journal I can follow your breeding projects?

No, I failed at it miserably :). Any kind of a breeding project is way beyond my scope. Keeping it going until it gets tired and gives out will have to do usless I stumble onto something else. Repurposing my shed for a mother plant and 3 big plants is more my speed:laugh:.

 Just musing on the possibilities. Done my time with seeds. Read in the news that the feds are testing all legal and illegal cannabis for standardized numbers, great to see madeup #s for profit disappear. I went nuts with a colodial silver generator and reversed everything I could get my hands on before sts came along.

Top Quality reputable seed breeders in Canada right now to buy directly from are:

SacredCutseedco (Remo from Remo nutrients claimed his number one strain to grow is Frosted fruit Cake by SacredCut plus always producing Terpy and frosty asf strains.

Jordan of the Islands ( Has a lot of legit stable old school strains)

Barrie Grower Genetics ( Always brings the strong terps and frost)

If you want to go the route of seedbanks always remember they are a" middle man" in the chain so you may end up with mid level quality genetics. Best to get to know a breeder directly and their work to source your genetics from. Hopefully in a lil while I can add my own brand TokenSeedz to the list of top quality breeders in Canada ...Over the years I sourced seeds and legit breeder cuts of top strains from around the world from top breeders to start my breeding programs and have now created some cultivars I'd like to share with the rest of Canada and the cannabis community so keep your eyes out for them!
Don't know their stuff and only a small outfit but EC Genetics can go on your list.
