Missed the Supreme Court ruling in favor of Quebec not allowing home growing and possession of. I kind of get a sinking feeling that it might not be good if Skippy gets at the helm. I guess Manitoba is out also.
There are no wild apples in this part of the world but last year I was in Haida Gwaii and saw lots of wild apples in old village cultural sites the locals looked after for centuries.Off topic but I go madly off in any direction when it comes to plants. I get about 70 % striking roots. My spot grows poplar and stays shady and damp enough to grow ferns. Hats off to you, the woodlands here are full of wild apples and am sure there is good mallings there and wish I would have gotten into that. Awfull what profit over preservation has done to apples. This one is out of flower now but sure does some ditch beautification is the early spring.

Just look at the political parties that are running those provinces that are banning possession and growing cannabis... Shouldn't be no big surprise... They are all Conservative .. The conservative party has always been against legalizing cannabis and it shows with the Manitoba and Quebec provinces rulings... Remember political parties were form to control populations not help them. All political parties have their own agenda... It only matters to people if the agenda for Canada follows theirs or not...

Quebec rocks! Best place ever for hashish, my guess is that most Québécois don't really care. Erin O'Toole came out in favor of legalization and he got turft. Torries really got it handed to themselves over cannabis and are probably still hurting. Home growing is like low hanging fruit ........ easy picking. Have a great weekend!

I keep it discreet, nevel sold a gram and get along with neighbours.
Just before the legalozation, my wif'ed wx-sister-in-law got caught with 7 TREES and got a slap on the wrist and a warning. Just costed them the embarassment of getting busted and a few hours at the station. The hubby even had a record for dealing coke many years ago.
Go figure!

Move to BC les boys, j’aime Montreal et le Québec, mais stie trop bureaucratisé depuis un coup d’années, en plus restriction sur la consommation et cultive du cannabis… pas le droit de faire pousser chez toi… contrôlé dans tout les aspect par le gouvernement et parti québécois. Au BC c’est la enterprise privée qui donc fournit le marché récréatif et médicinale au même temps. Presque que pas de entreprise « du gouvernement « fait long temps que le Québec est devenu un état restrictif.

Other than growing NS is really restricted also. I don't drink yet I have to frequent the government controlled liquor outlet to purchase excise stamped legal cannabis product and seed. My only other option is being forced to pay postage and handling. Seed option is paltry but all I am legally allowed. Three of my plants are from a local producer that can't get off the ground and one from the liquor store.

You can't even return seed that is obviously of extremely low quality and not what was stated. If they sold flat beer they would be tared and feathered and run out on a rail. In the beginning we where to be offered a privatzed outlet but that was just lip service.
