Canadian Growers Group & Friends

Wow im a bit high but when walking the dog tonight i saw a massive bright object race across the sky
was close .. i think within a few miles could be much more.. no sound i thought might explode but nothing
as it slow angled dive into the ground across sky or burnt out.. was awesome spectacle to see..

What colour was it? I've seen two like that in my life, one in southern Africa that was yellow, and a greenish one in northern Alberta. I guess the metals inside determine the colour of a meteor. Very cool to see.

its was mostly bright white with a bit of emerald green in the center .. it was moving only saw it for 3 to 4 seconds
i knew no time to get phone out of pocket so i just watched...

my plants are growing crazy might have been a bit late starting bloom ..

Speaking of autoflowers Chuckeye, I did a bit of research and these are supposedly the strongest strains out there: Gelato auto looks quite strong, is King Gelato close to the same thing?
THC CBD Time to Grow
Gorilla Cookies Auto27Very Low10 weeks
Strawberry Banana Auto27Very low10 - 11 weeks
Strawberry Pie Auto26Very Low8-9 weeks
Gelato Auto26Low9 weeks
Wedding Glue Auto26Very Low9-10 weeks
Purple Punch Auto24Very Low9 weeks
Mimosa Cake Auto24Very Low9 weeks
Orange Sherbet Auto24Very Low9-10 weeks
Gorilla Glue Auto24Low9-10 weeks
Zkittlez Auto23Very Low9-10 weeks

Wow that's some serious THC firepower. Maybe worth a serious look for an outdoor grow, but I've always heard the knock with Ruderalis is it makes for a dirtier type of high, anyone with an opinion on outdoor grown autos?

Seed seller says King Gelato is a combination of gelato and gorilla glue. It's sativa dominant With THC in the 26% range.

The Gelato knocks my socks off so I'm looking forward to testing The King and the Gorilla Glue #4 o_O

Looks like she is also going to be the highest yielder of the bunch, I think if she was grown outdoors she would be a Monster, he, he..

Topped at day 21, when she started flowering she stretched a good 30". IIRC I started to pull over her tops at 44" and they still grew another 12" sideways !

Cheers.

My autos are finally cracking, yay! Germ temps where a little low and made them slow to go. My neck of the woods makes decent photoperiod cannabis grown outdoors a joke!. USDA zoning has cannabis at zone 8. I'm guilty of looking down at autos but know the breeder guys will get it and give me decent outdoor weed. I hope. :)

Final results are in....

Gelato - 6.0 oz
Topped Gelato - 10.75 oz
Purple Silverback - 6.1 oz
Gorilla Glue #4 - 15.6 oz
King Gelato - 14.6 oz

A total of 53.05 oz or 3.3 #'s, call it 3 1/2 #'s including testers o_O

Cheers, eh ?
Wow, Dude! I am freakin' impressed! What medium did you use?

ProMix HP with MC..

Cool! I had started with miracle grow but for the first time bought promix for the 1.5 gallon up-potting.
Question; 4 of my seven are going outside in the near future. 2 in the ground which is amended potting soil from last grows and 2 in 35 gallon fabric pots. ( I just put my gigi (gorilla glue/ sex unknown) into one the them mixing regular dirt, garden soil and shrimp compost and my own vegetable compost..
Have you grown outside? If so, what mix would you suggest?
PS... Duh! Your answer was in your bloody signature! :dude-knocking:

No outdoor for me, I would need a serious enclosure for it.

Out my front door ;)

And I'm 400' from a gravel road..

I'm calling it quits, 121 days is long enough for an auto ;)

Gorilla Glue #4 (and the King Gelato) have started drinking less.

The pistils on the "normal" part of the buds are all orange and crinkly !

Wet trimmed yesterday, the King Gelato gets her turn today..

Awesome job!! That must have taken forever to trim that plant in the pot. :passitleft:

Thank You !

Actually, not as long as you would think. I do it from an adjustable stool on wheels, he, he..

All of the others took about a half hour to wet trim on the plant before cutting off the branches and hanging to dry.

Then another half hour or so to cut off the buds and do a little clean up before placing in a curing container.

But, the King Gelato did take twice as long ;)

Even though, I'm thankful it was a staggered harvest !

Cheers
