I was feeling very frustrated with orders recieved/Billing dept at Seedsman last night... The company is awesome in general though, and I like them overall.
So you guys remember me saying I made a nice order from Seedsman after the seeds for the sponsored grow came right? I wanted to get 3 more "Cinderberry Fast" seeds so I could do a an improved pheno hunt over just the three seeds right? Well there was a mix up with order and I didnt put the order in USD. No big deal, I sent the additional cash as soon as I was notified of the problem. However, I did not hear back at all. I sent a couple emails inquiring and I got no response. So a week goes buy after the second wire transfer and still nothing. I email them again inquiring the status of my payment and order and then I get this late last night. An E-mail saying if I didnt pay immediately my order would be cancelled. I was pretty worried. I was over 300 in the hole and they were claiming I didnt pay! Anyway, a couple hours later I get a confirmation email, so It's all good now. I was starting to sweat like a whore in church though. LOL!!
The company is great. I REALLY like their huge selection. The fact that they sponsor grows is just plain cool. However, between the fiasco with my Mastercard not working and then not processing my order for a week after getting payment and then thinking that I HADN'T paid when I did.... well that was just stressful. Had me quite worried I was out $300+. Again, the company is AWESOME, I'll definitely do business with them again, but trying to pay them was a nightmare!
