Well, everything stopped stretching, so I took the advice of @Pennywise and did a little super cropping. Now I have a nice flat surface just starting to get its flower on.

Both super cropped stems seem to be fine today, ones a little weak still.

Hey Butter, I could be wrong but I'd go easy on the misting of the plants now. Those flowers if they stay too wet may induce mold and we don't want that. You should be watching your RH now so it doesn't get too high.

Thank you @MrSauga i appreciate the advice Sir. I do need to find a humidity gauge as well. Not that I can do too much about it in that grow box. But it would be nice to monitor.

Any hygrometer works well. I use a couple of different types that all run under 20 bux. They will hold your high and low points so you can always see the spikes, or just a simple $2-$3 one for a humidor works great as well. I got mine from the jungle store and most are available to ship same day for next or two day delivery. I can get you pics if you need.

I’m having to water every other day. 1/2 gallon or so minimum of water and nutes, then another quart to flush it a little. Might not be needed, but I have never suspected any type of burn either. So it’s working for me.

Gave a sprinkle of this at feeding today, just this and water. Seems like a good balance of nutes, yes? Time released nitrogen or some futuristic sh@t. What ever tickles my pickle mate.

Do I ever need to prune the bottom stuff? I have a large amount of foliage that will never see the light of day. Some of the big leaves just kind of pop off periodically, underneath, but for the most part, it’s a healthy @ss plant.

You can remove the bottom 1/3 of plant growth to help bulk and build the upper colas and branches. Anything that’s not close to being equal with the canopy or below the light line I would remove. Defoliation is entirely different for each grower some do it heavily and others non at all. Depends how you feel and what your comfortable with! If those were my girls I would have the bottom cleaned out and only the top 2/3rds or so with heavy growth!

That’s what my instinct told me, I’m going to do it in a few days. I want the 2 super cropped branches to fully heal before I go shaking things up.

Some pictures, resilient plant. Cropped spot looks painful, but never really phased the plant. White hairs are out of control.

This is freaking amazing though. I wish it was wider though. 2 plants in an 18x18 is ape shit.

Does anyone else trim the bottom side of thier plants? My bottom branches are kind of dropping now due to lack of light. Most of them have little buds on them, but there not going to amount to much.

I don’t know much about what’s going on in my plants right now...

I know that I learned to FIM, top, and super crop on my first grow, and pulled it off successfully.

My plants aren’t really budding as much as they are just getting incredibly hairy and white. Maybe they start filling in soon.

Whatever. It’s 32 out and still 65 in my box. I am successfully growing Cannabis, outside, in the winter, in Ohio... neighbors 5 feet on either side of me... they’re clueless.

Looks great! Any branches that don't reach the canopy can be removed at this point. It will leave more energy for the major colas.

Well, I snipped a good portion of the lower foliage. What to do with the clippings? Is there even any THC yet?

Freeze it for whole plant extracts, you can make oil once you have enough.
