Budworshipper's New Organic, DIY, CFL, Grow

Mainlining is good for big buds here is my first mainlined attempt with a bagseed.chop in 2 weeks;)mainlining basically means u top ur plant 4 8 or 10 times upto u then let the topped branches grow no training.when u have all the main stems estabished which u topped then remove all other growth on the plant and let grow.i topped mine 4 times so 8 colas all very fat and solid;) cnt be bad. hope this helps

Oooohhhh, that's some pretty colors there. Might make a right nice corsage or two....but there are much better uses for them.

:tokin:

Thanks beast... I have seen that technique before, couldnt for the life of me how to do it...

Does look cool tho... Good way to kerp em low

On another note... Ive just tucked the girls in for the night... Im sure the big girl has 4 pistils already.... If so, shes gonna start changing pretty bloody quickly now...

Leaf production has increased since yeaterday... Lot bushier around the stem...,

I will try to get pics up tommorow:cheertwo:

Regarding mainlining.... Do you top as normal... Then top the new growth, then its new growth etc... Same bit all the time ??

Any good links to journals, anyone ??

I do wanna expand my knowledge on growing techniques... And become more of a complete soil grower...

Once ive read something a few times... Its stuck in the noggin...

:Namaste:

I would highly recommend anything and any journal that member Light Addict has.
Any questions you would have on ML, I'm sure he has tried and can answer for you. :)

I'll check around a little in a bit to see if I can locate someone who is actually in that process currently.

Looking awesome here, that plant is really going to town on her fill.

:Namaste:

Hey Bud! Its getting exciting all up in here! :high-five:

Hiya WS.... You aint wrong my friend.... Its getting so near the explosive growth stage.... Hope they dont go to mad....

Grow low and chunky will be cool with me.... Wanted a short variety anyways...

I can see what I think are pistils as well. (I copied and enlarged in my photo editor) :cheertwo:

Just curious on the leaf in the 2nd to last pic, lower right...there's some yellowish on there. Is that starting, or is it going away slowly?

I think I gave a little too much moisture to my Lil' Purp, her growth seemed to stop completely during the day yesterday after viewing the time lapse. Time to let her dry a little, not bone dry of course. Over watering a seedling is so easy to do, especially with going into the final pot from the start. It's adjusting to a large pot as opposed to a solo cup which is easy to pick up and feel for weight. ;-)

Oh, and thank the Ganja Gods the little girl didn't break on the "drop". She is definitely having a rough start.
Should make her big and strong with all that. LOL Good stubborn girl!
:)

I see the pistol looking hairs as well, what is it were really seeing there?
Glad the lil one survived the fall.
Im a fan of struggles, it proves that we are human, that our plants arent computer generated figments of imagination, mostly...struggles add character!(providing struggles arent to the extream of killing the character)

Hi cannafan... I noticed it too....

Heres a close up of it....

I have lost the thread, to diagnose def's.....

These are said to be heavy feeders... Could it be lack of N ??

Im only using normal compost, no ammendments other than grow n bloom

Any help would be gratefully received
