I think maybe a little magnesium and nitrogen both? Do u have some epsons salt u could add to feedings or cal mag?

Well i think its a nitrogen deficiency in the making i would say check your ph but i read that with organic you apparently don't need to so ya know lol. I dont have experience with organic gardening so I guess im not alot of help. Usually when not growing organic first thing to check is ph and PPM's and then flushing salt build up but thats for non organic growing. If you are worried about a magnesium deficiency add 1/4tsp of Epsom salt to a gallon of water and give it that but i think with how early on your plants are that they are most likely hungry for some N. Not sure what your water source is but if its tap water thats super hard water that can cause issues too, not sure if this still applies to organics though. But ya that's my take on the situation.
