Yes Indeed ! This is a really good light for a 4x4 tent. Great coverage & I have to admit.... My yields have increased some since I started using it. Between the light & growing in a SIP planter I can easily pull 1 - 1.25 lbs. from a single plant.
What more can you ask for ?

High All, A quick update before I have to leave for work. Really not a whole lot to say; now that I only have one plant.
The outside plant couldn't take the heat in the desert. She's a goner.
The Forbidden Fruit is doing great. Haven't had a single issue with her so far. I think I'm down to about 3 weeks or so till harvest. In some areas she has about 10% red hairs & in others just 5%. She's probably doing her final swell now. She's still drinking a lot. I could fill the res 3 times a day if I wanted to. But, I'm sticking to twice per day. Feed at Lights on & then 12 hours later at lights off. That's good enough.

Too bad the others didn't work out. I blame bad seeds. I've done too many grows using the same methods over & over for it to be me. All the seeds are from the same seedbank; which I obviously will not buy from after this. Those were all Freebie Seeds from contest prizes so they were free. But they sure wasted a lot of my time vegging them, when I could have grown other strains from a different breeder & had a really good harvest. Oh well, Win some / Lose some !
 
Yes, sometimes too much of our time and investment is wasted because of bad seeds. But how do we know it's bad if we don't try to cultivate it, fortunately, we have other plants.
 
Wow ! I just got a warning notice from the mobile home park manager. I own the mobile home but rent the lot space.
I was told I had to remove all Cultivation equipment from the property by Oct. 1st. No growing, smoking, vaping, etc. is allowed on the property. Sure glad I'll be moving before long. But until I do, this will be my final grow. Good thing it will be done soon. This place sucks !

I don't really know if they can legally do this or not since it's legal to grow & smoke weed.
The part that makes me wonder this is they said you can't even do it if you're a medical user. I don't think they can legally stop someone from smoking if prescribed by a doctor. That sounds illegal to me. Starting in Jan. 2024 AZ. is giving Free Med Cards to Vets. & I was on Med. until it became Rec Legal here. Maybe I should ask Rob about this.

Sounds like not a good thing right now, but leave this bad place you can look for a better place than this one. It's good for the future growing, smoking, vaping, etc.
 
The next place I buy, I will definitely own the land too ! I can buy land for a lot less than the $700 mo. lot rent here. When I moved here 4 years ago the lot rent was only $500 mo. Every year you have to sign a new lease. Then a few months later they jack up the lot rent, after you signed a lease... so your stuck for a year. My lease renewal comes May 1st so I want to be out of here no later than April. Let them screw someone else over. I've had enough.
 
That sounds like BS to me , don't see them stepping over the Gov. rules to stop Medical pot smoking ? Maybe there some of these Holier than everyone else people !?!? Man I am glad your getting out soon , I hate price gouging ......
It sort of seems like they're running sort of a Ponzi Scheme. You buy the mobile home through them & a finance company finances it. Then the mobile home park buys back the loans. Then they raise the lot rent every year until you can no longer afford to live here. Once they evict you, you only have 45 days to move the home (if it's paid off) or sell it.
If you don't have it sold in 45 days they reposes the home & start the game all over with the next guy.
That's what I believe this place does.
As far as stopping Med Weed. I don't think they can legally. That's like saying you can't take insulin when you're a diabetic. They will probably get sued by someone over it. The Medical Card is your prescription for weed for 2 years & then you have to get it refilled / renewed. It's prescribed by a doctor & weed is legal here so I really don't think they can stop you.
So then they'll just find another excuse to evict you.
 
Unless it's in the lease somewhere specifying that you can't grow or it's illegal -
then I don't imagine they can do anything about it.
And even if they try to make an amendment, I'm not sure you even need to agree to sign it.
You should just bluff and tell them they don't have the ability to do that and see how it plays out lol.
It's a lot of work to kick someone out and you probably have a landlord / tenant act that works in your favor.
 
These parks are the worst, couldn't stand living in one myself, They have control over anything that may somehow effect other people living there (sights , sounds , smells). Not sure they have any say as to what you do behind closed doors. Not when you own your unit, a rental yea. Seven bills a month will get a nice piece of land, it will be everything else that adds up fast( water, power, septic driveway access). Also pretty sure it would be illegal to change lot fees once a lease is signed. Problem being the courts see it as nickel and diming and as such it doesn't get a lot of attention. The landlords know this will deter most people from pursuing it that way.:ganjamon:

I think you should have to defend your legal rights, but it sounds like it's a little hard from what you're saying.

But they put a clause in the lease saying they have the right to update Terms & Conditions, etc., etc. which let's them get away with it.

If I were planning to stay here I might try to fight it. I was planning on moving anyway. I just thought I'd be able to get one more grow in before I did. I sure can't have them evicting me while I'm in the middle of remodeling to sell the place.

Here are some pics of my one & lonely plant. She's doing really well. I'm guessing she has about 35% - 40% red hairs now. I've upped the Mega Crop to 6 gr. per gal. & now I'm starting to see a minor tip burn on the leaves. Also seeing some very small rust spots on the leaves so I may add some Cal Mag to my next batch of nutes.
