Bubba Kush / GDP Quadline - First Grow

Good evening yall,

Had a rather rough start to the year. Woke up and realized sump pump went bad, nearly flooded out my basement. Had to move my entire grow operation to a different section of the house and call the landlord. Plant got an extra hour and a half of lights out this morning to start.

Today I've also been battling high humidity in my tent. I've monitored the area I'm pulling air from and around the outside of my tent. Both are within 46-49%.

Tent levels have gotten up to 68% twice today, but has stayed around 60%. Is this because of how bushy they have gotten and I just don't have adequate ventilation?

Running ac infinity 4" cloudline pro and it's maxed at 10 speed trying to control humidity.

2 spider farmer 6 inch fans running at level 6 and an Amazon humidifier.

Do I need to do a defol or will they be ok at 60% until my 3 week haircut? Should I see humidity drop after the haircut?
 
What are your temps at? Its not just the humidity you want to monitor, but the combination of temp + humidity which determines your VPD.
VPD should be around 1.2-1.6 for mid to late flowering, but can be lower in veg and early flowering.

In my experience, you can get away with slightly higher humidity in early flowering, but want to tone it back once the plants are well into flower, else you are looking at potential for mold & bud-rot.

I don't think defoliation will help much with the humidity, so I'd say do defoliation as you usually would but keep the airflow going.

My tent stays about 5-10% more humid than the environment its in, depending on how much I water and how big the plants are.

Temp usually stays around 72 during the day and will drop to about 68 during the night. Over the last 48 hours my average vpd ranges from 1.0-1.4 with about 75% of that time maintining 1.2.

We got some freezing temps last night and I noticed my rh dropped again drastically so I'm guessing after a week of raining and the sump pump issue it was out of whack. Back in good ranges this morning currently at 48%.
 
GDP budsites are stacking up pretty close, looking like I might get some big buds off this girl?
