British Green's 1st 420 Grow Journal

I've not fallen over today my hands have stayed clean :) but I've been on the waste water work's today :) and the weather has been absolutely fantastic :) I got home nice and early had a bath a fat one and went into the garden :) white chronic is fattening up nicely:) pineapple express has kicked off and is building her buds up :) and slh has gone into the flowering room and looks like she will be a fecking monster :) and I've had a little move around in the veg room :) pictures to follow on this fantastic evening and good evening to all . The sun is low in the sky now and will soon drop behind the houses behind me . As they become city landscape in silhouette:)

I've got a daily battle with my dwc to keep the ph right. It's N toxicity but is drinking 2-3litres a day, I'll be glad to get her done & try some decent genetics the next time round. I'm seriously impressed with how well the roots do in these bubblers :)
 
Once the roots get going they really get going :) have you noticed how they prefer the area above the water . The misty area seems to get more root development . I don't bother to much with ph ing at all I'll check the water at the change over . I hope the ph after nutes sits around 5.4 to 5.6 and let it naturally rise until I change the water and if there happy I don't check what I'm dumping .
 
I don't think it's the nutes coz I've had some stood overnight before & it was fine. :idea: I think the biggest swing is the day after the nute swap, net time, I'll ph the nutes with the root ball in the mix. Maybe that'll sort it?

i have the same issues with ph in my main resevoirs......crazy how far it will drop overnight.....but mine normally drink enough over night that when i refill with ph correct it keeps them happy:).....when i was using dutch master nutes i didnt have the ph swings like with fox farms......when i am done with the fox farms i am going back to dutch master to finish off what i have of them and see if i like them better.....i do know they are much cleaner.....turns the res a reddish color but no muck what so ever:)...very clean:).....
 
I use canna Vega and flores and always have they seem very stable and clean . They also turned my water a reddish colour . I'm fine gd and so is the family thanks for asking hope all is good with you and yours :) hope we all have a great weekend ahead :) I'm just about finished work for the day :) it's hard life :rofl: my boss will be very happy I've fitted two steel doors and seven aluminium windows . I'll just leave the masticing for tomorrow don't want to work to hard tomorrow :rofl: it's poet's day after all :)
