sorry for the loss of your lady mate. you cant go far wrong with autos mate as long as you dont use air pots for them. must say though that you can always add 7 days to what the suppliers say on finishing times and dont even count day 1 until they pop through the soil after germinating them, but they are really fun to grow. go on step to the dark side with me, ive tried to get skunny to the dark side but hes so stubborn lol

Back home now from work and I'm on it . Seven new beans in the veg room . And yes it was human error . I switched the fan off when I turned the veg room off . I'm kicking myself really really hard . Photos to follow .

They are toast dude . I've just explained in la's journal to a few others including bar they feckerd . There is no resurrection for them . They are in my burnable rubbish . All my fault dude I switched the fan off nearly two weeks ago but I didn't realize that I had . I switched the veg room off . My loft is on two circuits I forgot that the fan was running from that side . I only switched on the hps on friday before then they was under the cfls .

Well I've checked on the beans and nothing is happening yet . No signs of life.

According to the moon, now is a good time to sow fruiting plants Do you plant them straight into rockwool to germinate or do you plant after germinating them?...... Just being nosey

I've just set 3 seeds to soak

I put them straight into the cubes . The night I put them in the cubes was a nice full moon . Not sure if it was a new moon . Do you plant by following the lunar calender .

I can't do them like that, I like to see a nice taproot before planting.
One of my buddies on here told me about lunar gardening & I've not followed it closely on veg or flower but I have noticed that germination does seem better when the moon is in favour. Here's a link to a page on moon planting Guide to planting by the moon - The Gardeners Calendar
