Brother, I'm hoping I'm done buying seeds for year or so. I tried counting last night, I've picked up over 200 strains in just past few months. That's retarded, can't believe I spent that much. Just thankful I don't have credit cards lmao. But may check into rehab lol

Your seed collection is one to be envious of for sure. On day i hope to grow up and have a collection like yours! :rofl: I truly dont know that i will ever even run all I have. I have said it so many times but it boggles my mind when I think about it.

My Sour Strawberry is getting frosty AF but no color change yet. How far in were you before yours showed a color change?
 
Allright all you US genetics wise guys ;) I missed out on Jelly Breath, but now I have a stab at getting some IHG beans from my dealer in UK, which 1 of these fem-packs would you recommend I pick:

Can't go wrong with any of those. Slurricanes are great as well as black Cherry punch. But that tropic fusion and punch cookies sounds nice too. Inhouse didn't release the last 2 here in the states(5 packs)

Twox grew the slurricanes, he had some that smelled like blueberry pop tart and very frosty from the IG picks. There's some killer looking black cherry punches on IG too. I got black cherry candy instead of the punch.

Ya can't go wrong with any of those choices

Thanks man much appreciated:passitleft: might go for one of those 150 GBP 5-packs, at least the euro is strong to the pound at the moment ;)
As far as I know this guy is the only one in europe who has IHG seeds, maybe he got a special hook-up, says these are limited to like 3, 5 and 10 packs worldwide :)

Urban green Birmingham was where he released them, he's gonna release here after emerald cup in December. I don't think they got too many either like you said, just few. They should turn out to be some ., I just popped 2-3 different ihg seeds, jelly breath is up, but still waiting on others

Exactly :) He offers free international shipping and the dollar is even stronger to the pound so only US customs could be a potential problem ;) He also has some underground UK stuff that might be fun to try out as well.

I've been tempted to try and order, I'm trying to hold off till a day before the cup. A seedbank is going to show me their menu for the emerald cup. He has some exclusives with inhouse. Trying to get something special

Maybe check out imtoasted thread. I think hes just about to chop his... you can find pics in the creme de la creme photo contest also. Twox grew some killer slurries.

Excited to watch this next grow buck! I was over at arctic bowls place last night and we we're discussing how killer your last harvest was. Amazing stuff!
 
I have a Slurry going that is looking nice so far. I am yet to flower her out. I had one mutant runt that did not grow and someone else had one as well. Either that or the BCP should be killer. Duggan is growing a BCP and so is Neiko. Neiko said they are some of the more vigorous plants he has seen. I could be wrong but I think Attitude is carrying In House gear now and I believe they are in Europe.

hey Yeti, can you elaborate a bit on the Dutch Passion thing?

I must admit I got 7 freebies from them and only 1 sprouted, but it ended up being my legendary White Widow.
And I recently grew their GlueberryOG and it's real good.

I have grown out Dutch Passions Blueberry and Durban Poison. Both of which had been grown for years by a buddies dad. I never got to try his but I had tried others over the years and really enjoyed them. Now I only grew a seed of each but neither were like what I had had in the past. The Durban was blah, the high wasnt great, it did not smell good and it wasnt all the frosty at all. In every category it failed IMO. The Blueberry was ok. It smelt ok, but not the over powering fruit/berry scent I was going for. It looked alright but still not what I was after. The biggest problem I had with the BB was the fact that it was super unstable. It threw bananas before it was done, while nothing else in the tent did. i gave it a second try and same thing.

I was let down with both strains I tried, that had been proven to have been great strains before. I am sure I found shitty phenos of both and it could just be bad luck on my part (it probably is). I just feel their quality is not what it once was and that their are better choices. I probably would have found decent phenos of each if I had popped more than one seed of each. I just dont care to at this point. If I get Blueberry again it will be from DJ Short.

Agreed.

I once ordered 100 seeds from a sponsor here. It was a long time ago so the name doesn't matter. They aren't around anyways.

Of those 100 seeds, exactly 4 sprouted. After that failure, I planted other seeds right in the same cups and they all sprouted.

Now, there is so much more demand for seeds, I often wonder if seed banks don't just have one bin marked "Indica," another marked "Purple," and once more marked, "Sativa." 3 types of seeds and 100 different labels.

I know that there are no doubt some EXCELLENT and ethical seed vendors out there, but my experience has not been one that caused me to put a lot of confidence in them, in general.

Two notable exceptions: BOG. Every seed has germed. The strains come out as advertised. Also, ExoticGenetix. We've got some very promising strains from them recently and again.....they work as advertised.
