I left some space for expansion lol. 36x36 plywood, going to put on hinges just in case. I'll have my wires on backside soya can't see them going into box. It should be bright. I can't wait to put meter under it, at max it should have some crazy #'s.

One of my good buds girl just got a job at a big local lighting co... she's doing LED COBs.. took a look at the catalog.. there's a shit ton of gear out there now, finally. I was totally dumbfounded by the options. I thought this COB gear was somewhat new... not any more. There's a shit ton of options.... and custom drivers. Looks like some pretty nice controllers too.. didn't get into that yet!

Great job buddy... cant wait to see your new setup.
 
Couldn't you use a cell phone charger or other wall adapter that has the correct specs?
 
Thrift stores usually have a bunch of small plug-in 120 AC power supplies in various voltages and amps ... :cheesygrinsmiley:

I can't give them to certain people because they do not deserve them.. The people I want to give them too can not take them. Ugh.

Awesome. Just do not know when I am cool enough to start journals, and I figured we should stop harrassing fanleaf's page. If we could put all of the vital information together. I'll go through the pages for others to have. Just gotta get moved first. I"m ordering parts tomorrow just for the test and want to see if I could give the photos of the test to you.
 
So I walked out in front of my house yesterday. I have to get a photo of this. I just sold my house yesterday. Finally. The thing is, these girls were just a joke to me, but see them above my fence in downtown Arcata cuz they jumped huge in a few days. I've been fighting my HOA, everyone knows who I am around here. Nothing illegal. But I could not hand over my house on the first day this guy buys it like this..
