Breaking Brix: Buck's DIYs

You're a volt higher per cob than the SE.

Well that makes me feel a little better! I thought I screwed up big time after seeing my driver's we're different than Buck's lol. I have 2 240's in shipment and need 8 total for my 32 cob build, I like the idea of the extra headroom for that project but I'll keep the 185's running my 8 cob as long as it's not going to create a black hole or something lol

As long as your not using the older gen 7 Type -L chips you're good.

I'll try to get some concrete numbers and measurements tomorrow. Because I'm good now, but would really like to squeeze 5 per driver. But I could get different drivers. Because sometime this year I'll do exact replica of veros but with Cree, since I got the chips in trade. I really want to do a side by side with 2 4x4 flood tables. That would perfect size pan for 2 5 ft lights

I would be curious to see a panel with 4000k on on side and 3500k on the other and watch how 2 plants grew under it as far as in more red it looks like the 3500k 90s peak at 630 so that's pretty damn good, I seen where the decor ultra has the showcase series built for a replacement for cmh and the landmark as an hps replacement, seems like those might be actually designed with plants in mind. Can't seem to get my hands on either one though without buying 50 or more

I know, I just don't need 50 either. Maybe those will catch on and then be able to buy just a few. I would like to try.
