re: Boomer444's 2013 Indoor & Outdoor Grows

Just dropping in to see whats going on. :)

I need new toys also for my garden. I think Im the only one not upgrading. I feel left out. haha! Ill get my cool tube 600w some day :)
Got the other hung and I'm monitoring temps and breakers for the time being. Added a large extra oscillating fan pointed toward the tent on the other end of the room. Gonna crank the dimmable ballast another click now. LATER! :cheesygrinsmiley:

re: Boomer444's 2013 Indoor & Outdoor Grows

When I get mine im going to donate my 400w. See if 420 would let me start a donating service for ppl that cant purchase there own equipment to grow there meds. Even if its used/pre-owned nutes or lights. Its still a great start for someone. Something for all of use to give back to give back to the 420 community

Crickets need lights to thrive lol :)

re: Boomer444's 2013 Indoor & Outdoor Grows

Here are my side by side cool tubes hanging in the tent..Have the dimmable ballast on high without tripping breakers when AC kicks in. I am waiting on the ducting I ordered to finish tying them both together. Outside where the passive vents are you see both spectrums on the floor..

Hey hoz just curious on your outdoor plants.

So ive always nuted every watering or at worst every other. But now I am doing a full on drip/sprinkler system just like you got. and i was wondering what your plans are on how to balance between plain water (the sprinklers) and some nute waterings.

What are you planning or did you just give them a ton of organics in the soil with no plants on liquid nutes?

I will supplement with Root Organics and a dose of root magic to get the roots in tune...I don't add nutes most of the time outdoors...will do so a little this Summer but I am good with just keeping a very close eye on the grow this summer...The small Royal Purple seems to be revegging without a hitch...:cheesygrinsmiley:

re: Boomer444's 2013 Indoor & Outdoor Grows

I am thinking of doing a medium to light watering every 2 days in spring myself. maybe even every 3 if roots go deep fast. Then 1 time a week or so ill come in and give a big deep water drench (probably on same day and time as the light watering from sprinklers).

During summer same plan just gonna be doing it all more often.

Lets grow some desert monsters Hozzy!

Hoz how low rate of success do you think it would be to plant a bunch in the middle of nowhere? in a forest...

That depends on many things mountaingoat. Number one is will they get water and light. Is the earth fertile there, wild animals, and if there many humans farting around close to your plants. If conditions are right, you may have allot of fun. Don't check on them often either. I'm sure more folks will tell you more.
A gorilla grow is a chancy thing, but fun.

:yikes: ... if you grew the last plants without a steady nutrient diet, I can imagine the beautiful thick nuggets you could have if you treat your ladies to a steady diet. :MoreNutes: If you are worried about hieght... just bend them over :cheesygrinsmiley:

Johny Potseed could have a good return trip. A GPS hunt for fun and prizes. If you get lost halfway, you win.
Sounds like fun! :cheesygrinsmiley:

As long as you have water, light , and food....you should be good. Find a seep or spring for your water source. :cheesygrinsmiley:

In my limited experience I have seen this attempted many times......without success....cannabis needs to dry some..IMHO. I have seen plants grow under hose bibs.....like a vine...then died. I have seen a plant grow in the gray water from a surface draining system, and with the old detergents full of phosphorous....nobody noticed til it was 8 feet tall. I have heard of wick systems, so it could possobly work under perfect conditions. I would sew the seeds in a pattern, going from wet to dry, closer to further from the water source, thus covering all the zones of moisture.....but if I had the seed, I wouldn't hesitate..........at least 5 miles from my house....so the boy dust wouldn't interfere with my program.

I have a friend that did it for years...like I said, find a spring or seep and sow some seeds...better yet transplant some clones..:cheesygrinsmiley:
