You explained it well i know what you mean.. get some soft yarn it worked well for me. You can buy it for like 50 cents for a small thing of it at a craft store or any place that has sewing stuff. I will explain it in a bit i have to go back in my journal to get some pics i delete everything off my phone once i upload it here.

So these were my little girls, see how i basically just bent them over and tied them down.. you can do that with any branches that grow taller then the others too. Once you do that it makes inner growth explode creating lots of new branches/bud sites and creates an even canopy cause they all grow out of that main branch that is now horizontal instead of them growing out of the main stem at different levels because it is standing straight up.

This was also before i topped them so i lsted first then topped them and i think its better to do it the way you will end up doing it which is top them first then lst. Doing both at the same time gets similar results ive seen as well.

Well i did lst them for a couple of days like a week before but kinda had no like plan so i stopped to wait for the toping but i would just keep tying them down in different ways everyday till the new tops catch up to the top of my plant?
Because i already have new branches coming out just trying to get a plan to catch them up to the top.

Like these are all new tops that apperad out of the branches from those couple days i lstd and they have been growing because of the penetration of the light but my girls seem alot bigger leaves then yours maybe the strain mine seems like hella bushy and like the leaves are big and cover all the inside shoots

Yeah because i usually just have my humidifier on and sometimes it gets to high but im at work and not able to shut it off and watch it every minute of the day to turn it off so i figured this would be perfect!..
But im just trying to figure out how to get the lower shoots even with the top of the plant

Bend them over and hold them down with some plant ties. I have started super low stress training already at 2 weeks. I gently bend the leaves down and out twice a day. That way it sends the oxyns evenly to the tops.

They are gonna love it. Great job getting them over lower than the first. That should all even out now. While you were being a good gardener I was getting ambitious.
