Update!
2 of 4 are doing great. I had to repot 2 of them due to the soil being so dry I could not get enough moisture in the soil. The soil was repelling the water and the water was going straight down. They are looking better keeping a close watch on them.

Yes if they stored it in the same location. Idk 2 bags were heavy as shit and the other 2 were like feathers. I'm guessing they had them bags for a while and other ones were rained on... I got them from a local shop

The soil was so dry it absorbs almost 2 gals of water per 5 gal bucket, I mixed by hand.
Wow! I guess next time there is such a wide variation the best thing would be to blend all the bags into one batch if you have room.

Good idea, that would of definitely helped. I read moist soil absorbs water better than dry. Water is attracted to water
Like sponges! Dry sponges float on top of the water. Wet sponges absorb the water and float under the surface.

Plants seems to be good now. 2 that were in moist soil are growing have grow do much faster. The dry soil did stunt the growth on 2 but they are starting to recover now. They almost died so I'm just happy they are still alive
Yeah, it's quite a relief to bring them back from the dead! Glad it's moving along now

Thanks I have not gave them any nutes yet maybe in a few more weeks. The color on them looks like they dont need nothing but time right now.
