They should be good to go in that soil for a month with out any nutes but i see most people adding nutes asap so idk what to tell ya. Maybe they just need phed water for now and light to grow!

Yeah man im not sure i only gave that super light feed because the problem was still progressing even after i transplanted. Im a bit stumped at the moment on what to do next

and leaf temp is about 75F

Thanks so2178 i appreciate the feedback guys. Shes growing on me im noticing it. Was thinking of topping now or at least trying to bend her over what you guys think?
Wait another week or so to fully bounce back and to let them get a little taller/bigger so they can handle the extra stress. You arent growing autos no need to rush things, even though i know its hard not to.

Should i water my plants with regular water ph'd to 6.5 or 7 what do you guys think?
Just go by the new growth now, its looking much better. I wouldnt change things up too much.
