Take all leaves off . Take off just sun leaves. Or you take everything off. Leave nothing but buds to grow

Hello all, was just wondering at what point can i clone? I know I have to wait until I figure out the sex but at how many weeks can i tell.?

When ever you want to be honestly. I keep mine in veg till I want it to get to flowering and then you can find the sex. Or take a clone and put it into 12/12 lights. It show sex in 14 days. But I never could do it. I have found out male seems to grow faster than female but no scientific proof of that. Lmao.

I put mine in flowering about 2 months in veg. But that's not all I do I train mine. Top them and get more stems growing. Then if it looks good. I send it to flowering. Then about 3 months harvest. Once I got now I have them since jan. And another few more stems I'll put them in flowering about end june

Clones take after the 3rd node forms. Got have 3 nodes . I wait till I have 3-4 stems and take branch off a side stem. Basically long u got 3 nodes any time you want, it keep growing forever I think.

You can clone once you have about 3 sets of true leaves and when you take your cutting you need to try and have a couple of leaves... so a pretty good size cutting... Even if your babies have not been sexed yet I would advise you take your cuttings in veg stage as they will root much easier and faster than if you take them in bloom.... make sure you mark each one to know which plant they came from and if it turns out to be a male you just chunk all of them but if the Mom turns out to be female you are golden... You most certainly can take your cutting after you put them to bloom and have found out the sex but IMO it is much harder to clone a flowering plant.... Hi 7...

Thanks everyone. I will wait until I do another grow box to keep the clones in. Guess about two weeks or so...will keep you updated. Another question I have is the height of plants. Does the size of the pot decide how tall they grow or can I control the height by training them?

You can control the height by training. I have seen very tall girls in 2 liter pop bottles but with training you can keep them very low and it helps keep an even canopy which will provide better bud sites.....
