The stuff in the jar in my window still bubbles pretty good when the sun hits it, and there are still some chunks in there that still eventually will be rendered down, especially if I add more water after this grow to replenish the stock. It seems that 3 peels in a quart of water is about right, and any more than that probably would not have broken down. So I just shake it all up and scoop it into my water bucket for now, eventually I will strain out the chunks if after a few months it has not all gone into liquid.
So I applied this stuff to my garden yesterday, strongly. 1 tbls/gal for whatever that means.
It is rare that you will see an immediate effect from something such as this in the garden; usually our additives are subtle and give us incremental changes that can only be seen over time. Not so today! !
Apparently, this potassium hit was exactly what these mid flower blooms needed. In one night 4 out of 6 plants put dramatic new color into the flowers. Overnight, a significant number of pistils took on color and every plant showed dramatic bud growth.
I believe the banana stuff is very powerful and used at the right time, it is going to be as effective as many of the expensive bud enhancing additives. :peace::love:

My attempt went very awry as it turned into liqueur literally with too much molasses so I haven't attempted it again yet but will do soon enough.
