Birdie mine are recovering (sort of) from what ever that was. Idk if you trim leaves they grow back! Even where i screwed up topping and took the new shoots too by accident. They grew back. Oh thank god lol.
Hard to dial in a new grow media. The new leaves have that yellow on mine. Still working on it here, but new growth looks good. Hope u feel better!

Now, just let them grow. Too much topping or cutting leaves, will stun them in the end.

To early to start defol like Bird said . Wait til they are bigger to start plucking leaves. Until they are vigorous. Leave it.

I need a sunlight full pic in order to see what can be cut off.I've been thinking about plucking some leaves ... any suggestions here?

We haven't had sunlight for quite a while... weekend blizzard is just winding down
. I put her up on the table for a mug shot ... I am only looking at a half dozen leaves, mostly around the inside center area which are shading some bud sites...
She is a bit under 35cm tall, a regular auto-flower seed that was a freebie... well, free is free but the advertising says expectations should be quite a bit larger, it says:
"She produces a medium yield at around 35-125 grams per plant. This seed grows well in greenhouse, indoors or outdoors, and it can be expected to grow to about 50-120 cm "
I am running the light 24/0, I suspect roots may have needed more nutrition, have just added some FF Microbe brew and ordered Root Drench for next auto experiment.
I may get 35grams but I think the growth spurt could be over on her time clock, I'm starting to push the bloom nute ratio a bit but keeping at about 1/3 ppm for another week.

Try to cut as few as possible, and see what can be tucked away instead.
