wow...WOW :cheesygrinsmiley:

Thx guys, I'm hoping it dried to bout 6 oz, ,I threw that pineapple skunk in flower ,the one that was in the air injection, it had nowhere to go in it's huge 5+ gal pot I was hanging outside the veg tent soaking up rays from the veg light and the clone light, I'm gonna put something in the ebb & flow I'm thinking a few clones from the cloner maybe a nobody? I don't know if it's possible to wash enough of the Coco off of one of the plants in veg to be safe from troubles,,any thoughts, should I go for it since it a "live" system

Which plants are in the SCIENTIFIC SOILS?

Which plants are in the SCIENTIFIC SOILS?

Just 1 the pineapple skunk, the bag was not really big enough to do much more than 1 of the" fakepots" (a reusable grocery dollar store bag) I will use the rest to repot my African violets I got 1 bag of soil, was I supposed to get 1 of each? I remember reading there was a T-shirt or something too I don't know how it goes or what to expect with this prize winning thing, I have gotten some of it and some remains to arrive ,in any case it sure is fun having random gifts show up ,only the magical butter ppl sent any shipping info, ,I don't know if I'm waiting for more from doggett & Simpson or if they just send 1 system if you win 2 contests or how any of that works ,I know I'm not the first to win more than 1 contest in 1 month but it's also not all that often either! Lol it's just so awesome and fun, I'm just stuck on feeling very honored and lucky!

I've been having good luck with my rose buckets. Autos do like to send a deep tap root. My little grow room fits the twelve 8" x 8" buckets just right, and the 10" height gives a little more room going downward. Root balls tend to be smaller in coco grows, and tho it may be somewhat of a compromise it seems to work out for me. I've seen many other growers using them with great success with my strain pink salad, and peat mixes. My rose buckets are 1.7 real gallons. (not trade gallons) Soil grows for auto strains may be better off in a three, or more gallon container.

So far, after growing in soil of all sorts and Coco formulated more ways than I can count, and very limited hydro so far to date my hands down favorite way to grow is Coco made very light, highly mineralized and treated same as high brix soil, I actually got higher brix numbers than in soil and bigger yeilds I think the microbes function more efficiently in Coco, or it could just be that there's more o2 available in Coco , either way I have gotten my best results in Coco be it dtw passive hydro (hempys) or teeming with microbes & minerals, Coco is the shizzle!

I'm wondering about how you handle chlorine, and microbes together? You were talking about having yet to install a filter. The high brix thing sounds interesting, but I've avoided using beneficial microbes because I use tap water. I'd like to know more. Is it in one of your blogs, or somewhere in your grow log. I haven't read the entire thing yet. I searched on high brix, and it seemed to be soil. I got tons of coco to play with. My town uses chloramine so setting water out to air out is not going to work.

Well my town barely uses a pinch of chlorine, it Evaps quick, however I rarely wait to use my tap it's more pure than many bottled waters, lucky there, they sell some stuff in the pet dept for fish keepers that removes chloramine, chlorine, ammonia etc it's cheap and you use 1 drop per gal, I have some I use if I ever smell chlorine, high brix is a soil thing I'm the only one I know of attempting it in Coco, there are those that would say I'm wrong and it can't be done etc.etc. But I disagree, and have had some surprising results, high brix is kinda like the ultimate organic grow but it's not 100% purely organic it's more about forgetting the traditional N P K thinking and feeding the soil/microbes not the plants you build a soil populate it with microbes let it rest/cook a spell then plant, giving specific soil drenches and foliar sprays at specific times this creates the optimal environment in the soil and allows plants to grow to their genetic max potential, you get a much superior product it's generally done on larger scale food crops ,it's a return to how nature intended plants to grow, food will be extremely nutrient dense, cannabis will be unbelievable, there's no ceiling to the high,it's more potent, flavorful and medicinally relevant.
It's really on another level, I can always tell if I got it right because the effect is so different, and ppl you share with will be blown away I have heard "this is the best I've ever had" from ppl smoking longer than I've been alive 40+ yrs you can read about it online ,I will pm you some info
It's actually quite easy and in the long term cheap to grow high brix, we are converting all our growing to Hb from houseplants to the garden, ornamental to medicinal,

I was thinking of adding the drops. I've even got some already, but I've read they turn the chlorine into salt. I've always kinda thought the amount of salt might be insignificant tho, but it kinda does add up.

Think I may be taking your advice and going with a budmaster

Beautiful buds.

Just stopping through again to check out your light.

Would you say there is any significant difference between this and the last light from the other company?
