Hey pw, yeah AN iguana juice if i recall correctly. I think its been available for a while now. People say good things from what i read but its too rich for my blood. Very pricey at $50 per Liter of each bottle. Loving MGO so far. Price is on point, growth is excellent and happy to not be using bottles but there are a lot of great organic options available. With that said lets keep it about MGO in this sponsored journal.

BF, what ratio of growstones did you use to coco? And I'm curious why you chose to use them and if another product, say perlite, was an option?
I've been thinking about trying coco again, but I think it needs to be modified a bit. My coco seems too wet even though I'm only watering twice a day. Fungus gnats have been an issue as well.

Hey LA! I should probably get the title changed! Oops. I couldnt get a hold of growstones easily enough so i am using perlite. Its a 50/50 mix. I dont like perlite! Its dusty and breaks if pressed hard enough. The growstones are reusable and made from recycled glass.
I dont recommend watering coco more then once a day until roots are fully developed. Once you notice 1 watering a day isnt enough to keep the coco moist then you can go to multi watering. Gnats are the worst! How old are the plants that you are watering twice a day?
If using bottled nutes i dont like to use perlite in coco because you will go through more nutes.

My plants are day 43 of flower right now. The're fed twice a day and topped with growstones, but I still haven't been able to get rid of all the fungus gnats. I might just have to deal with them until this grow is over and try adding growstones to the bottom of the fabric pot next time before I put in the coco.

Thanks tk! The tent was pretty cheap on amazon and im using a $25 8" duct booster to vent. If you need lighting you could build up a wavy board and cob veg or all wavy board light for not too much money. The 3x3 makes perpetual and always having buds easy.

Oh your almost there! I had a real bad fungas gnat problem the only thing that helped was azomax. That stuff was amazing but needs PPE. Goodluck LA. The growstones ontop and bottom should help

Its not an exact time line but when everything is ready they will be switched into the flower tent.

i veg for two mos. in potting mix and about 6 weeks in coco. Wind almost took my outside plants today !! Had to put them into the shed !!
