Beginning To Understand Her

Today I delivered 4 more plants to my OC (Original California)hippy lady friend(76 years young!). She was real happy with the Strawberry Couch Loch, Neongerene, Purple Fairy(aka Prince) , and Dented Romulan. She had promised me a joint for my troubles and had 6 rolled by the time I got there. " Pick a joint she said", I picked a fatty, and she said "fire it up!" we shared the joint and , were quickly wasted . She then hands me a bag, about 3 eighths of what we had just smoked, perfectly cured. She says "Its #4, I'm calling it that cause that's in order, the fourth plant I harvested last year". I said " From the plants I gave you?". " Yup" she replied ,all giggly from the excellent smoke. I tell her that "This is my Fairy Wings, I can tell by the flavor and high, but the strawberry flavor is new" . She then showed me the strawberry patch she grows her cannabis in. Turns out, she is also fan of teroir. Mmmm strawberries. During our conversation, she told me she donates most of her harvest to cancer patients in the form of brownies. We talked recipes, long story short, next time she is ready to make brownies I am going to help, and show her a different method. She currently throws all the cannabis in a coffee grinder, then mixes it into the brownie mix before baking. MMmmm, brownies. I think I will bake some tomorrow. On my way out she gives me a big hug, hands me another joint, and says" Here's one that's ready to go for when you get home". I love them OC Hippies.:peace::yummy::hippy::green_heart:
What makes this extra awesome is, I was out of cannabis. Now the rest of month will be easier.
Purely awesome Smoke2Js, good karma at its finest bro :) MmMmMmMmM Brownies, I am sure she will love the butter method :high-five:

My am I impressed with the power of Magicalbutter.com! The MB2 is fantastic and easy to use. I made Ganja Ghee, Ganja Olive oil, Ganja Coconut cream, and Ganja Peanut oil!!
Here is my recent butter cookie recipe, needs a little modification, but it works fine the way I decided to form the cookies. I added too much dry stuff to make traditional butter cookies. Enjoy!!:peace:
Tools needed
An oven, (duh)
2 standard ice cube trays
2 large mixing bowls
1 whisk
1 measuring cup
1 spatula
1/4 teaspoon
1 un-greased cookie sheet
1 pair of Tongs
1 large room temperature plate
Your brain

Ingredients
1 Cup Ganja Ghee (Ghee is clarified butter)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 2/3 cups whole(ish)wheat flour
1/2 cup 70% cocoa powdered
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon powdered Cinnamon bark
1/4 teaspoon Almond extract
1/4 teaspoon Hazelnut extract
1/4 teaspoon Sulfured Molasses
Seeds of 1 long vanilla bean
Love

In one large bowl(#1) combine the flour, salt , and the Cinnamon This is mixture 1 set aside for now
In a separate large bowl (#2), cream together the butter and white sugar until light and fluffy(use whisk). Beat in the egg, then stir in, molasses, the vanilla bean seeds, and the two extracts. This is mixture 2.
Slowly add mixture 2 to mixture 1 ( add the wet to the dry a little bit at a time) use a spatula to scoop out the wet mix from bowl 2 ,at first pressing the mixtures together, then stirring, repeat for a while then, mash together with hands to get it mixed well or use a machine, what ev just mix that shit good, a consistent mixture will make for better cookies. And most important, dont forget the Love!!!
The ice cube trays need to be clean and dry, no oils or butters. This will make it easier for them to pop out. Take the combined mixture and begin packing the trays, fill each cell to the top , pushing the mixture into it firmly but not too firm, you don't want a ganja brick.
The mixture should fill two ice cube trays fully. Place trays in fridge for 1 hour minimum, of leave them over night to make them extra tasty.
When ready to bake ,:lot-o-toke: heh. Pre-heat oven to 350 deg f
Remove trays from fridge while the oven heats up and place the contents of 1 on the un-greased cookie sheet. I get them out like popping ice cubes out while holding the tray upside down and over the cookie sheet about 3 " away this prevents breakage and escapes. Line them up in rows of 4, should be three rows. Bake at 350 deg f. for 15 minutes, turning the cubes with tongs at 10 minutes in to prevent scorching. Remove from heat when time is up and place on a room temp pate to cool, then repeat baking instructions for ice cube tray two. They are hella tasty and potent!!
Important let cool for at least 5 minutes before eating, its hella hot.:thanks::420:
This recipe deals with my pain and has helped me cut back on smoking by giving me a better way to medicate.
Next up Coconut ice cream, then peanut butter cookies. Then who knows what after that, maybe a mint chocolate cake, hmm.:thankyou::thankyou::thankyou:

Great idea Curso , was planning on it, great minds think alike.:peace: Here are some garden pics featuring my roving faster than rats on a motorcycle cat, Butterfly Catcher. She eats moths mice, grasshoppers and whatever else she can catch, 'cept the baby 'possum which she leaves alone. She remembers the late night roving giant possum sniffing at her babies, we fended it off together, which strengthened our bond. She and I agree, that she's a keeper and the most awesome cat in the world .

She takes her duties seriously. I have no mice or rats, moth population is down and the ones that come by when she is napping don't stay for long thanks to SNS and the companion plants.:circle-of-love:

Yay, go BC!!!! Very nice garden you have and loved the story about your hippie friends...Hard to find them around here but plenty of drag queens...If only I could find one who liked to smoke and grow...I would be beside myself!!!

O.K., a serious post. I found a worm today on one of leaves on the Dented Romulan and decided to take some pictures. Growing organically means that you inspect the same plants often throughout the day. Even with harmful and toxic pesticides you still have to check. So, just go natural and skip the poison. Early bird gets the worm, this is the second I have found since May has started. Marigolds are going in this weeekend.

Any connection between you and reality is purely coincidental. IN FacT, there is no reality. Only your perception of a streaming consciousness. Every other entity's perception is completely different than your own. Put that in your pipe and smoke it, or whatever you see that to be.
I am too excited. I have an opportunity to help a very brilliantly talented and educated Andrew Goodwin(Phd Social Studies ,his words a professor Bullshit degree.) , work out parts of a record he has had on the back burner for a while. We met last week he was tagging along with some friends. He is a drummer, I have a kit, guitars Toki more Guitars! bass , keyboards, mics, cords, tambourine ,badaa boom badaa bing, we jammed and had a great time. He's an old school Mod in his 60's, still very punk and full of drive. :peace:

Re: Begining to understand her

well its my first grow, pretty far along and things went a bit south. must of messed up on total darkness as i now have a herme. sad face. oh well, now im all exited about trying again and worrying some more not as much though. let you know if the majic wares off:thumb:

Well, Fish Cake? :)

Bent a top this on the plant growing in the Comfrey. Went to a friends for 6 hours come home and he top is done. Bent all out of shape, and broke not attached like i had left it. It was too windy today. I took the top and made a cutting out of it. Its now in soil, watered and still alive. The rest is bent over nicely and has six branches. 6 little Christmas trees in a row on one trunk is what I'll be gunning for on her. I will have to seal the top with Elmer glue. Pics and stuff in a day or so. Hips hurt. My clones have come back to life. They needed more light intensity, and had outgrown the support offered by the rock wool cubes. Phew!!!!

I pulled all my marigolds when I read they attract SPIDER MITES!!!! :yikes:

Very cool news for you... sounds awesome (pun intended) I somewhat agree with your reality. I believe it is more than that... one example would be, other folks realities affect you and create part of your reality. Ponder that while you puff

Right, That's why I am planting them, The mites prefer the marigolds. The Marigolds should keep most of the mites away with this attraction feature. When they do set up shop, is when i stop, and drop some SNS/Neem oil on their asses. They also build up a nice, harmful nematode free zone.:peace:

Hmmm... I like the way you think

had to pause for a 420 bong hit :cheesygrinsmiley:

Don't you just love it when a plan comes together and you stay 3 steps ahead all the time, Smokey!!! Kharma says to tell BC hello and that he has a box he would love to share with her..lol...What can I say? My cat is a flirt like his Mama...

Hey paw-paw how you been? I have plans for garlic around my roses. They work well together. I don't want them next to my cannabis. I like garlic but not enough to want to taste it with my smoke.:smokin:

Getting ready to try the cannabis infused coconut cream that I made with the MB2 from MagicalButter.com . I am going to make a banana smoothie with it. :surf:

Some observations regarding last years grow. I used companion planting to discourage pests with great success. I noticed something that did not re register till today. Most of the moths laid their eggs on the Chrysanthemums. I know this because the flowers of the Chrysanthemums were covered in the worms, happy and content with their preferred flower. Today I was chillin in the garden as I often do, and noticed the White Cabbage Moths were not interested in my plants, they just flutter by.The Horn Worm Moths will rest on the leaves of my cannabis, but have not been laying a lot of eggs there. They go to the other side of my bamboo lattice and lay them on the Nasturtium. I had thought that all the plants would repel, instead some attract the pests to what they like, and some repel. Found out Marigolds do both, repelling harmful soil nematodes and attracting spider-mites, moths, and, aphids which bring ants. I have decided put the Marigolds in pots, so I can remove and treat once infested. Then place back in the garden, when purged of pests and ready and for another round.:peace:

I do like the way you think, I transplanted mine a couple hundred yards away. I figure let the mites live... just not on my plants!!

Rock on Smoke2js
:allgood:

That's the spirit, take care of natures creatures in a natural way or in other words, give em what they want....You are coming full circle, grasshoppers!!!:thumb:
