Beginning To Understand Her

The Magic Garden grows. Top to bottom is right to left. I have moved a few plants since these were snapped. Sun room is in operation, soon mother chamber and clone chamber will be finished. I used my shelf/drawer unit that I road scored two years ago for it. Don't know why didn't hack it before.The mother/clone chambers will be stealth.

This is my first grow and I would say it gets easier as the weeks go by even. Still as excited as the first day. Still nervous and preoccupied. But definitely learning to 'let go'! I remember just starting out and feeling like I was loosing my mind. You can see a post I started just to that effect here Marijuana Waiting Games

Anyways, currently starting week 5 and everything is under control. Learning and arranging the room still preoccupies me but there is less and less that I feel needs to be done which is great.

Welcome Weed Farmer, been having some nice weather, the lemon tree is putting out non stop, so plenty of fresh Lemon aide this summer. Take a load off and kick your feet up.I would have to say the excitement of watching something grow that you nourish and care for is addicting, in a good way.Tom Petty had it right "The whaayting is the hard, est, part" I am learning more each day as I watch in amazement. I find I re arrange my garden as my plants grow and need space ,light etc..:peace::Love::yummy::)

Looking good, Smokey. I could use a nice cup of refreshing lemon ade or a margarita...lol..How is BC doing? Has she been keeping the pests away? I bet she has and owns the place.

Well, mold happens in Oakland, comes with the fog. I decided to try something different in treating the problem. Hydrogen Peroxide, just a cap full of it in a 16 oz spray bottle. I sprayed two days ago, mold is gone. I decided to use it when I saw J. Cervantes clean moldy buds in a bath of diluted H2O2, it came right off, no harm done. I did a little research on it, this is what happens to it. Hydrogen peroxide decomposes (disproportionates) exothermically into water and oxygen gas spontaneously:

2 H2O2 → 2 H2O + O2
It oxidizes the mold and evaporates, very nice, my plants all look greener and happier too.
 
Spray hydrogen peroxide on pet stains on your carpet and dab it up. Works wonders.

Great tip yooper rex, and welcome , pull up a chair , and pack a bowl of your fave. its a nice breezy 68 deg in my garden today, plenty of pineapple mint tea and lemonade , just harvested some seeds/buds from the Purple Erkle and made a little finger hash, mm good.

Heheh, when I see a little mold on my flowering plants, I have secretly been misting them with 1:19 - H2O2 and water because it doesn't harm the pistils. GG7 also has a good mold remedy as well 1:9 skim milk and water under full sun... Works to kill the fungus as well as giving a mild foliar feed.
 
The Summer has arrived in Oaktown!! My ladies are looking fabulous! My impatient patience has payed off, the Peruvian Sativa #1 (2 of em) and #2 (2 of em) have begun to flower. I know bad weather will happen around sept 9 through 13 aprox so I will need to get a Constructacon to build some solutionator thingy. Perhaps a finger longer? hmm. Any hoo " good news everyone" . Butterfly is in good shape, she is loving the great weather. She helps me garden, directing me to move the plants to create a shaded area for her. She is meowing to me now. Had to take a break and give her some love. Here are some pics of her, she moves fast and does not stay in one place as she follows me around. This makes it difficult to get a good shot of her.

Hey buddy! Love the garden, you always have a cool garden going outside. I have a cat that follows me around when I work with the plants inside, too. They love the smell of cannabis in my experience. Gotta check out and get caught up on your breeding thread, too. :thumb:
