Hopefully the wind and rain was not damaging for you! Sure is lots of sugar going on around there.
The last day an a half the rain has backed off, and starts back up tomorrow for the weekend.
Here's a few pics on Delicious Candy, Big Demon, Kabul and what's left of one fritter quitter. As well as an altered DLI chart.
*if there's too much extra going on it messes up my ability to compute what's going on in a timely manner (ADHD?) so I redirected with color and made the important pieces stand out. Hopefully it can help others who suffer visual hyper sensitivities, and/or dyslexia to better understand the Daily Light Interval cycle.
I'll be schlepping the girls back inside this evening before the winds and rain start. It did help by adding the tomatoes cages for stability on these fat juicy colas.
I had to go out and stake a plant back up yesterday because of winds. One small branch did break off, darn it.
How is the battle with spider mites going? I'm losing track of which plants are for the grow show. LOL

Holy cola monster…. Damn girl!These are probably the last full shots of Mimosa EVO plants this week. They are very close to harvest time.
Gilda has made me happy. Quite tall and lots of colas on her.
I didn't have time for fancy shots, and she's a bit too heavy and awkward to move out of there for a proper photo shoot.
If I were eligible for contests....I would have bit the bullet and moved her to a nice isolated background and Properly Prepped her Pretties.

Hurray! This morning at lights on in the grow, I found that I had two limbs that had fallen over on one of the Mimosa EVO girls.
Why Hurray? Cuz, that means the colas are getting heavy.

I’m about 50/50 on colored pistils at the moment so, at least another week or so.
They haven’t turned black like I had hoped but, I’m not disappointed. The purple and lavenders are gorgeous.
As an added benefit, I have successfully cloned my first plant. This is also my first monster crop and I have no idea what to do with it… lol.
I don’t think crow is going to make it so, I may have a single plant it the tent for this next grow.
maybe I can train her out to fill the space and maximize the yield.

Those color hues are so gorgeous, elegant, mesmerizing and simply beautiful. To hell with black, these colors are a rich, wonderful tone.

It looks like one gal is starting to be the Leaning Tower of Mimosa, a great sign there! Are their trichs looking as gorgeous as these ladies look?
And how do you like your trichs to look when finished? So good to see you will have new beginnings for the winter!A bit off topic…
How does everyone like their trichs to look? I love indicas or hybrids with a strong head buzz leading to the couch lock effect. Something good for pain, anxiety and depression. So I *think* I’m looking for at least 25%+ amber. Is this right?
And of course, the terpenes also make a huge difference. What does anyone look for with terpenes when buying seeds? I bookmarked a post @Mycelium Farmer listed in @MedScientist ’s thread Pictorial to terpenes with medical benefits. Not sure if I linked that right … dang newbie!

One of the Mimosa's is foxtailing on me, so I want to get that one chopped asap.
I think the trichs are about where I want them, but I haven't gotten the close up of them yet for a photo.
I like a nice couch lock, but this time I think it will be less amber than I usually look for.
I'll leave the terpenes question for others.
So, question for others here on foxtailing. Do you think it hinders the potency? I've not dealt with foxtailing that I can remember in the past.
There are many different views on why it happens, one being too much light or light stress from the light being too close?
Opinions welcome and appreciated!
