BayAreaStoners New Beginning. Are you in?

I really appreciate all the stories guys! Ya Im not too fond of bridges and it has alot to do with what I saw on TV, October 17th, 1989. And it makes me think that it could happen at ANY time lol.. But when we make our Cali Road Trips we go over the Benician Bridge.. that one is not so bad... lol

Im not ready to change my location yet.. Dont know why Im just not ready to tho LOL

tey- Well I live in a very rural area, alot of forest trees and bushes.. And I don't live in a big city. And Im not doing anything wrong with them outdoors. Im proud to grow Cannabis, and I know my rights..lol. I do love the fact that my nearest neighbor is about 2 football fields away at least..

Woods- Your stories are lovely to read, I thank u for being a part of my journal. I hope ya stick around!!

I Hope EVERYONE sticks around for this one! :woohoo:

Hello Bay, your are on my subscribed list, so no worries, I'm hangin around. Here let me 'fire it up' while your getting ready...............
:passitleft: :goodluck:

i wonder if anyone's ever gotten together for a 420 picnic...or party... and had a mass taste test, experiencing all these different plants we've watched grow. GREAT IDEA.
They'd need a lot of food, good music, and nice soft couches and did I say a lot of food?:allgood::headbanger::tommy::theband::passitleft:

Hey Girl...glad to see you're growing again... I'll be watching from over on the east coast!!

That's what I wondered. I live in condo-land in a small town, there'd be NONE OF THAT here, lol. =-)

I will, I look forward to learning from your grow. I'm just ahead of you, I think?

What is it your growing in this grow ? How did your last one come out ? Can't wait till it warms up enough to plant a few outside !! Good luck hope all 6 are little ladies !! :peace:

god damn. earth quakes scare the shit out of me. i wont take the bridges on a calm day anymore. san jose and san mataeo chap absolutely fuck my life too. the chps in those counties are such assholes. i dont even want to immagine the local metros. sj cops are nutty.

i wish santa cruz wasnt boxed in by chappy counties :( highway 17 is such a bitch too. living here makes working really hard.

Very nice story BAS!!! I can remember when I first told my dad, back in the day. His reaction was, "Don't let the cops catch you with that stuff" and that was it! One day I am going to get him to smoke, to alleviate his sleeping problems!!

Can't wait to see some pics of these baby girls!! Best of luck to you on your new grow! Now I just gotta get you into hydro!!!! :goodluck:

Nice story BAS, I only wish I could have talked my dad into letting me give him a little when he was going through kemo!! It could have helped him relieve his pain! You are right on though the truth is the only way !! :peace: The Answer, tell your pop that it really works for insomnia !! I refuse to take any sleeping pills but boy does that Indica work !! :thumb:

Very nice of you to share that with us Bay. Sounds like you have a very caring and understanding family. You're a very fortunate young lady. You'll be passing that trait on to your kids as well.

For the last seven years of work (I'm laid off now) I worked in the public sector hand in hand with our local county's law enforcement personnel including all Town, City Officers and County Deputies. Most of them were very nice men and woman....This does change if you are, in their eyes, on the wrong side of the law.... They of course knew nothing of my personal life. If they had I believe some of them would have been sympathetic. You know it is a job for them and they do what needs to be done. My interaction with them was in the most intense and dramatic of circumstances. Death and violence an almost daily occurrence to the point of almost 'numbness'. Yet there were many quieter and more sedate moments with them that I will always remember (when we gathered after situations were over or starting to settle down). They. much like combat soldiers are very glad to step back and relax and even for a few moments be just regular folk.Even now, many months after I lost my job, my wife and I bump into some of them at the coffee shop occasionally and they are still quite friendly.

I remember driving twith my (then) 10 year-old, very impressionable niece, to our guitar lesson and she pipes up with: Auntie, how do you feel about medical marijuana??? --like she'd already asked that question a hundred times....they had been discussing the election and MM was on the ballot that year, and like BAS, (after setting aside my shock) I decided to go with the truth...that being: that I had tried talking both of my grandma's into it too when they were doing chemo, but they both refused because it was illegal. I said it sure would have been nice if they could get out of pain, have an appetite/not have nausea, and maybe enjoy laughter for a few hours ... Morgan said that nobody else had put it like that to her and I had a good point.

I only wish I could have talked my dad into letting me give him a little when he was going through kemo!! It could have helped him relieve his pain!

BAS,Good for your dad I wish I could have gotten my dad to use something, he believed in the doctors ! Hope your dad turns things around he's still young as hell !! The right food the right meds and some fresh air will fix anyone !! :peace:

Since we have lived up here, we have gone down to visit and handle business and I am now realizing that it seems like everyone there is just in a big rush to in all honest to do NOTHING. And it's soooo crowed everybody seems like they are on edge and mad all the time. I was living that way too and I think I made the best decision for my family. You live fast like that your gonna die fast, and I want to enjoy life, not let it pass me by. Up here it's more relaxing, I don't mind the weather, up here it at least changes seasons, in Cali, ya it rains, but I never felt like we really had WINTER, SPRING, FALL.. ya know?

I feel ya. I felt the same way when I moved to where I am now but didn't fully realize it until I finally did what I'd been wanting to do for quite a few years...move back to the snow, mountains, a bit farther back west, AND where people were a bit more 420 friendly. I'm from the frozen far north and after spending about half my life in the Deep South (about as deep as you can get) it feels so good to get back to my element and more people like me. Perhaps you were just a tad out of your element and didn't know it. It happens ;) Everything you have said there is true and my gf loves it here too (she's never had all four seasons either) for similar reasons even though we're not in a small city...although we're on the outskirts so we have the option to stick around the quiet suburbs/foothills or we can go downtown if we want a bit more hustle and bustle.

Anyway...I'm in, I missed your first grow though. Better luck this time!:slide:

SJ cops dont play.

they post up outside the bars and make you weigh your weed out in the side of the street lol.

santa clara cops are horrid!! i cant go down the alemeda without getting a bitch flipped on me. im jus tryin to get some hometown buffet goddammmmn. i used to date a girl who lived right next to the police station like literally on the property. i think thats the metros but still.

that whole county reminds me of santa barbara or los angeles. ughhh.

who would have thought halfmoon bay pos would be such pricks too??

i just want the train to go to santa cruz again :( lol

theres so much chronic in my town too i hate having to leave town for it when i live in the only county in the country that doesn't have a wattage restriction...

problem is the rent here is so huge so it jacks the price of indoor wayyyy up

LOL Nice drive over the hill to Santa Cruz, but what about the ride through the Redwoods either (from your area) by Hwy 9 or 35 (Skyline) and head north through the forest! My favorite all time and fore ever place to ride my 1982 GS 1100EZ (early mornings). Places like Ben Lomond had a great Bavarian restaurant. The scenery, the smell, the feel, the 'color' its an awesome place. Sorry, just couldn't resist.
