Barneys Farm Sponsors Grow: Gorilla Zkittles, Orange Sherbert Plus Many More

Looks like you’re gonna have some large bushes there in the next 2 weeks bro :ganjamon:
Hopefully so Irie. I love this part. Stretch time! :snowboating:
had to leave him with "War and Peace" hope it lasts him.!
He'll devour that! Best leave him "Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy" and "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test" as well just to be safe
Have notice a few web strands between the babies but o signs of dreaded spider mite
don't worry, most spiders use a web as a guide-line. It's just in case he falls off the pot lol
am filled with inspirational hope seeing your grow mate. going away with peace of mind. Have fun all. peace and love
Make sure you have some fun for me. Happy travels GG :)

The Phantom OG is doing well. She's a bit milky still but it's growing out. I'll be trimming her again soon as she's becoming a bush. I've noticed a couple rough looking leaves appear on her recently which I'm keeping an eye on but I don't think it's anything too serious....

She has a guardian of her own now! This one is bigger and way more skittish than Mr Sauga's spider. It teleports across the plant in the blink of an eye....

Your Phantom Og is looking great. What is the milkiness from? Here's are my Phantom's at Day 27 yesterday.
Edit: I just went back a few pages and found out why the milkiness.

I know what you mean with all the growth tips on the GZ. I did what you did before flip and tried to clear out most of what I thought needed to go. I was way off, I had to clear out a good amount more on the defol I just did.
I really wanted to see how crazy she would have been had I not thinned her out but the work involved in fixing her would have been too much. She's a great vegger though and I'm happy I've got some more of these beans in my reserves.

Thanks Falcon! I've just noticed something with mine and that is how many thrips there are now. I'm going to have to use some pesticides and sort it out for good before she goes into flower. I've learnt a valuable lesson. Don't underestimate these little s****! Yours looks great by the way!

Flowering Day 1....

Let the games begin! Well we are in the Flowering Inferno now and its day 1. I'll be giving these 2 some nutes on the next feed as I've decided that they look like they could do with some. I lifted the pots earlier and can definitely notice the difference in weight. The humidity has dropped as well indicating they they may need a watering. Not sure how much food to give them yet though as it's fresh soil and the plants are still adjusting to the new pots. The GZ is still suffering slightly but I think that the new requirements brought on by flowering may actually be of benefit. I can see this one being a hungry lady and needing more food than the OS. As for the OS, she's looking better but needs more work. I've had a day off from the growroom today and the lights have gone off recently so I'm going to have a go at tidying her up a little tomorrow. Because she's just gone into flower I'm going to be gentle do a little at a time.....

Bit of leaf damage on the GZ. I'm still not 100% sure as to what's going on but it's envromemtal and not genetics. "It's not you it's me"as they say lol....

Orange Sherbet. I will give you a haircut, I promise....

They are currently under the 200w 3200k grow lights as it's pretty warm. The temp is 26C at canopy height but there is a nice breeze blowing across the tent. I was going to use these lights until around week 3 then turn on the 200w 4500k high bay led. I was thinking though. Should I have a go at 2 grams per watt using 200w? I nearly did it before using these lights in one of my previous journals. I did have 10 plants in hydro though and my canopy was good and spread across the entire space. I don't know. What should I do? I could use max lighting which I'm sure will give me a better chance for a decent yield but it may get hot at times. Or I could use just these and see if I can break my 200w record. The 200w grow would be way more efficient and the environment would be easier to manage. I don't know I'll let you decide....

Happy growing everyone :peace:

A 200w grow would be neat! What was your previous best? If you were to add the additional light maybe more fans?!?
It was 392g using 200w which is 1.96 grams per watt. That was a good grow and I had a Barneys strain in amongst the 10 strains. I could use more fans but then that's more noise and more money and I'm on thin ice a small it is lol. Remember this one Dutch? The Blueberry OG....

it was very disturbing seeing the pics of Prof letting the ladies suckle ! , but needs must .lol.
Landed , sat in the sun eating a hot dog with cool shandy and all i can think of is " How do i get my 4g going here to get onto 420?. " what a saddo. heehee.
already worrying about my little ladies all alone at home missing their daddy however , within an hour of checking in and a mini explore I scored this

Those " lucky , lucky " men dont only sell shot glasses and fake bags!!. Cheeky fucker tried to charge me €50 ( £46)) for 1 g. i laughed my bollocks off at him and explained uk pricing and not being a mug. I got it for €12 (£10). has zero looking trich count and smells like badly dried shit but....... surprisingly passable and an ok buzz. Same shit in Morocco once , guy came through a jam packed market place , directly to me among thousands of gaces amd asked me if i wanted Hasish. I must look like a right stoner even when abroad ffs. lol
peace and blessings

It's a little tricky doing small measures and I can see why Shed mixes it in large amounts. One thing I did observe was that just one of those little balls increased my ppm by about 30.
I think it says on their website that their PPM numbers won't reflect what our pens say, so I just go by weight (until the powder soaks up moisture in the air, then I go by more weight!). In solo cups the first nutes were 2g/gallon (4g cut by 50% with plain water), but now that they've both been up-canned they're getting 4g/gallon.
Flowering has been initiated!
:yahoo:
Just curious why you're keeping the lux in the low 20s at this stage of their lives? Mine are a bit smaller and they're in the mid-30s.

Mmmmm blueberry! Haha yes I do indeed my man! Well maybe it’s time to attempt a new record for yourself! Get on it!

Is that for seedlings? I’m just around the corner from needing to begin feeding my little ones! I was thinking of starting at 2g and slowly working my way up to 4g. Did you just jump from 2-4g once you transplanted?

Indeed I did. Time will tell if it burns but this one is an auto and I said screw it. Hit 'em hard and hit 'em young! I'll keep an eye on the tips and report back. I don't mind being a guinea pig :).

That's exactly what I use for transplant, and I finally got the big size because it's way cheaper in bulk!
It is eh! That’s good to know! Have you found it makes a big difference. From all the reviews people love it and swear by it so I figured I should try it out. It’s a fraction of the cost GreatWhite is!

I ordered the 2.2lb bag because I’m going to be using it a lot between clones and all these girls needing a few transplants in the near future!

Do you add it each time you transplant? From each step up in pot size?
I look forward to using it along side the MC and get some killer plants! That’s the plan anyways haha
