Barneys Farm Sponsors Grow: Gorilla Zkittles, Orange Sherbert Plus Many More

I thought that the spider had dried up because it's been warm and the humidity dropped recently but I found her on the Gorilla Zkittles....

looks like a hunter as its legs look set up for quick lunges forward. beauty. i was checking the damage from an overfilling bucket( blocked bottom outlet!!!) after being woken at 5am by mrs ganja shouting about wetting the bed. frightened the fuck out of me panicking i had got to an age where i didnt realise i was doing it. I was relieved to see her pointing at the roof of our bedroom oddly and managed to mop up and sort quickly. When i went later to check the refill i saw a cute little pair of eyes looking back at me from next to my pumps. It is a mouse ffs. so cute and vulnerable bit i know i aint catching that in a hurry and i cant risk cable chewing ect so not so humane mousetraps have been set. guilty is not the word !.

All looking beautiful now prof. that spider is a beaut. i get a fair few zebra spiders and love teasing them fast little sods. they see me from miles away and are amazing hunters and jumpers. No webs for them guys , webs are for stoner spiders !!!

I used to catch the family rodents if they escaped their cages. I have a really successful mouse trap that is humane, if you are interested. It is an easy diy.

First thing that came to mind was an image of Rasta Mouse! Your not growing any Cheese at the moment are you?

Hey 420! Hope everyone is good today. I'm absolutely knackered lol. Our daughter has been up pretty much every 20 minutes or so for the past 2 days now and it's getting to the stage where I'm wondering if I'm hallucinating. This one definitely cries more than the last one lol. Anyway, lets check out the garden....

I've decided that the next 2 will be done in these DWC buckets. I just got them out of the shed so they'll need a good clean....

Very true Shed. It becomes a memory all too soon. It'll all be worth it in the end

Phantom OG still looks ok. I'll be getting some calmag soon though and I've just given her a half dose of veg nutrients....

je/she thankfully outsmarted me and ate the bait. had the cheek to run past me too. lol I am too concerned with chewing cables or lines to be honest. the traps were left by previous tenant and with the amount of near misses above our heads ( yeaterday 4am being the latest waterfall to waterbed conversion!!) Mrs Ganja wants results !!!!. I am not a killer at all so prey he runs off elsewhere but with warmth and light comes babies and disease/ deaths. yuck
Thankyou for the thoughts

My trap is a five gallon bucket with a piece of wood leaning against it. Then bait it with chocolate covered raisins and peanut butter. Just in case he comes back.

These 2 are still looking good but I have my eye on them. There is a yellow leaf on the GZ which wasn't there the other day which concerns me....

looking so damn good already after the demon defol. deffo a way to go for me when they show more healthy growth and root growth. saves chasing them day by day with plucking. nice work.

My youngest baby was a crying , angry monster for 3 months , sadly mrs Gg had to feed from one side only and even though we were assured it would compensate and adjust milk/fat supplies , it wasnt until we ignored advice and we supplemented ( sadly for mrs GG) with aptimil that my cute , amazing , beautiful, spiritied youngest , changed her demeanour. We felt awful for not doing it sooner for her. Parenting is a constant on-call scenario for us all and the guilt and frustration at not being able to calm or comfort 100% can be awful. Am sure you and MrsProf are on it like a bonnet with support from top big sis now too. It will get better soon enough mate, before long they have to go in their own rooms and you will miss that constant checking every snaffle/snort and deep breath .Then the competition for your bed space really begins !!!!!!!!!
peace

I wouldn't be able stop myself eating the chocolate raisins lol

she didn't sleep much again last night. We managed to get just over an hour at about 4am. It feels like I have a real hangover. Funny thing is that she's asleep now and has been for the last 2. It seems like she goes to sleep when there is no chance that we could like when you're driving or cooking. it'll be ok. We can do this

Ive got an old hammock somewhere

feel for you both. you get sick of Mumsnet logic like " sleep when they do" , thats going to please the older child when she is forced to her room on command because baby needs sleep during teletubbies. Sleep in shifts is another doosie. lol
I think its folks way of showing there may be solutions. Truth is we do it and have no idea how we did , we vow no more children ( and mean it !!!!) , then they start prefering their toys and bloody Mr Tumble and Justin and we crave the neediness gone by ( And the vicious circle begins again !!!)
After 8 children my wallet has so many stretchmarks that no amount of bio oil will hide its scars !!!!!

good luck for a peaceful night tonight Mr and Mrs Prof.

Phantom OG....

I'm still keeping an eye on this one. I'm sure the pics make them look better than they are. She looks like she's responded to yesterday's watering well as there's are some happy looking leaves today. I've ordered some MegaCrop today and will be using it for both the soil and hydro grows to try and keep things simple. I didn't realise that it could be used in both hydro and soil and thought that it'd make sense having less bottles and feeding schedules to keep track of. Here is the lady POG today....

It looks like we may finally be back on track with these two. Both are growing well now and look a healthy green all over....

The Gorilla Zkittles grows very well indeed. She's fast and has taken a beating with nutrient issues, she's also been subjected to high stress training yet she's brushing up again like there was no stresses at all. Now I just have to keep her like this....

The Orange Sherbert is also bouncing back and looks great again. She's just a little bit slower to veg than the GZ and is a bit smaller because of it. It may all change come flowering but I doubt she'll catch up at this point. I've been wrong every time before though lol....

The environment is still good. It's amazing how much the humidity can drop and rise before and after a watering. It went down to 30% when I removed all the leaves the other day before they had their watering....

Continued....

These next pics are from 2 days ago. The GZ is one the right and the OS is on the left....

They came out without any problems and look nice and healthy. In a moment I'll be putting them into the first pots.

So there we have it. We are up to date

I'd like to thank Barneys for giving me the opportunity to run some of their seeds and would just like to say to anyone to feel free to share any pics and updates of any Barneys strains that you have grown in the past or are currently growing at the moment. I'd like to treat this as a community grow and create a nice welcoming place for people to visit. It's going to be pretty relaxed and I'm hoping I can make it a fun and informative journal.

Happy growing everyone :)
Check mine out I’m running Barneys farm critical kush
