So what's the dilly-o? You having a hard time finding soil? I guess I CAN be bothered to go back a bit and refresh my very tired memory.

sod it , i would pluck the diseased leaves off or at least trim them to their damaged point. Wont she waste energy trying to repair/save/consume those "done for souls" ?Hey 420! We're still hanging in there. Some nutes are on there way now so we'll see if that helps. I've moved the plants into the bigger tent again although not under as intense light this time. Fingers crossed we can sort this soon. Here they are in their old home....
Back in their new home again....
Lol. Plenty of soil about but I'd rather have something high quality and that's going to grow some beautiful flowers. I went and got some earth from the garden but it was really wet and had a look about it. I mixed it with some perlite and it just looked like mud with white dots in it. It reminded me of mint chocolate chip ice cream but with the colours inverted lol. I mixed some of the spent soil in with it to try and break it up a bit and make it so that it was good for roots. Then I got some money! Now I have Canna Nutes, fresh bag of Canna pro soil and some Biobizz nutes all turning up over the next couple days. things should hopefully be dandy again in the next week or so. I'm all up for experimenting with sludge from the garden but as I said that I'd showcase some of Barneys new strain I'd like to do a good job with as little risk as possibleSo what's the dilly-o? yep, money was the real issue. Remember a little while ago when I said that client screwed us over by not paying us for a job, well I'm still recovering from that not so minor inconvenience. Fingers crossed that all this will be a distant memory and we can all laugh at how Flora nearly lost his grow by running out of money lol. To be honest I'm laughing nowRight, money saving baby thing.
I usually back the lighting off if they are sickly. I convinced myself that I'm slowing processes down. No sense in working them hard.
I will do just as soon as I see some improvement. They may come off on the own soon though as some are pretty much done for. I was looking at them earlier when I got back from work and I'm surprised at how well they're handling it. The new growth is still coming through and although it's not the right shade of green it has life to it. These plants are trying really hard not to die lol. I've noticed it now on the Phantom as well. See, I knew it was going to get her eventually. Hopefully we can save her before any leaves go bad but I've noticed her starting to scrunch up like the OS and the GZ did just before they decided to go rogue. Pics to followsod it , i would pluck the diseased leaves off or at least trim them to their damaged point. Wont she waste energy trying to repair/save/consume those "done for souls" ?
still look great though prof. 5% bad leaf cant detract from those other green fingers.
Hey Shed. I believe it to be deficiencies caused by the depleted soil but I can't be certain. I'm going to find out now though as my nutrients have arrivedForgive me if I forgot, but did you decide exactly what the problem is with the leaves? Was it the leftover nutes in the soil or a deficiency or...?
Thanks VG. Me too, and bounce back they willThe poor dears.
Can't wait to see them bounce back!
Let's hope these nutes help. We should know in a couple daysYou’ll fix them mate. Give it a week and you’ll have them looking sharp.
They still look better than so many we see on these forums Prof. still upright and proud
Not going to enter them into POTM just yet lol thanks GGThey still look better than so many we see on these forums Prof. still upright and proud
thanks HH. The droop in bloom is scary. The amount of times I've been at work worrying about what I'll come home to see. Hopefully there won't be too many more of these droopy pics lolPoor things, it sure is tough to see them this way, huh? The good news is you know the problem, and they’re still in veg. Mine drooped like this for weeks in bloom.
Glad you’re getting everything sorted out financially and got some reinforcements/supplies on the way.
With your green thumbs, they’ll be looking fantastic in no time!
Will do Shed. They're going a pale green all over so I'm keeping an eye that returning to normal as my main indicator. Thanks boyoI'd take off the burned leaves to make it easy to see if it continues to progress. Or take the fully burned ones and trim the tips off the half-burned ones. I find it difficult to know what's new and what's old.
Good luck.
I get anxious if my shadow touches someone lol but yes. Thanks for reminding meLet's go girls!!!!!
You are going to have a tiny baby in 3 weeks!!!!
Man, if I remember correctly, they get quite loud. You've already had one to practice on, so you should be ok.
Are either of you getting nervous/anxious?
Lol Baby Professor! We are having a girl but have not decided on a name yet. I saw an article that claimed that moderate levels of stress can rather ironically extend your life. At this rate I'll easily live to see 150 lol. Thanks CookieI saw that you said you had a baby on the way but I didn't realize the little one would be here in only a few weeks. I can't imagine the different kinds of anxiety you have going on with the plants and the baby all at the same time. I think your plants will recover just in time for Baby Professors arrival and everything will work out just fine. I'm rooting for you man. Do you know if your having a boy or girl?
Hey J. Don't worry, I'll get them looking good again for you. Thanks for tagging along and thank you also for the kind words. Now that it's Saturday it's time for some gardening! Happy growing indeed!I've been watching since February, first time commenting. I appreciate all the hard work you're putting into the girls. I'll be sure to say a prayer for you before I go to bed. Congratulations on a new addition to your family! Happy Growing!
