Barneys Farm Sponsors Grow: Gorilla Zkittles, Orange Sherbert Plus Many More

t's a bit like it Mr S. The nerves are setting in now as it went so well last time. I've upped the ante since then with more plants, longer veg times and less space. who's ready for a party!
lol, there's a reason why you called yourself the Professor! I'm looking forward to this really.

Mr S. You didn't yell "Page 200!"

You should probably prepare yourself for this next post. Things are about to get yellow in here

Dos Si Dos 33 Update....

"Things can only get better" or at least that's how the song goes. Thanks D:Ream! it turns out that things can in fact get much worse. I'm all for remaining positive but I'm not blind and stupid. Just stupid. I've tried a few things with this one but its not even perked up slightly. Now we have a new issue as well which is that she's slowed right up on the drinking. I haven't fed her for over a week and it doesn't feel like she need watering for a while yet. I don't think I've had a plant which has ever looked this bad whilst being alive. I don't know if she's going to make it to the end as my worry is now rot setting in because she's essentially sitting in water. The bottom line is that she's doomed as its too far into flower to be able to make a turnaround. Now its just a question of when to chop her. I'm holding off for the moment but the second I get a whiff of anything fishy (or rotty) she's coming down. believe it or not there are some good things about her. firstly she never hermied. I really was expecting her to after the earlier mix up with the red light. Secondly she smells fantastic. Its like paint stripper and patchouli. The buds although small are incredibly dense much like the Purple Punch from the last grow. I know that even if she had to come down tonight I'd at least have something tasty to smoke on for about 45 minutes. in all honesty I don't know how much she's likely to give up. If I'm lucky I might get 2oz from her which doesn't sound too bad but I could quite easily get 2oz from plants 1/3 of her size. Who'd like to see what we're dealing with here? Well its about to get bright. Brace yourselves....

Fascinating Professor! Looks like P issues amongst other things. Like you said she has plenty of other things going for her! :thumb:
I think you're right about the P issue but I can also see lots of other things suggesting everything from N-tox to cal-def. it has to be a lock out but trying to bring it under control is like trying to hammer a nail into a concrete block using your penis. Where's Preston?

You rang.....?

Sorry, I was just doing some batting practice. LoL

Hey 420! The deed is done. There's no going back now. Lets look at seedlings first....

Voila!....

I've put all the strains the I think will be the shortest on the outside and the taller stains in the centre....
DSC00035.JPG

That leaves us with 7 strains to go in the bin. I just couldn't....

The big Tropicanna Banana gets a pot to herself. Future experiment material....

Thanks N. No matter what happens now its gonna be entertaining and as a little bonus I thought id see what happens to 6 strains in a 3ltr pot. I may have pushed it a bit far with that one. Like I said,. Entertaining

I’m just glad you didn’t throw out those little babies! I haven’t thickened my skin up enough for throwing out perfectly good weed plants. Looking forward to the multistrains in-a-pot grows.
My plan was originally to throw the rejects but my curiosity got the better of me. I want to have a go at the TB and the DSD again this time with some better soil even though I personally don't believe that the problems were caused by the soil. I decided to use the runt TB in the 10 gallon pot grow as the other one was far to quick off the start. I should have taken a pic of its roots. I have a feeling that it would have dominated the rest and I would have been forced to keep chopping it back. Because its so impressive early on I'm going to keep it back and take a clone to flower as a small plant. That way if it goes bananas again throwing it out wont be so devastating. I'm hoping that I was just really unlucky with my first pheno and at least one of these will be ok. As for the DSD, well, we'll just have to see how that one does in the pot with the rest. If it turns bad then there'll hopefully be 9 strains left so no biggie. One thing I forgot to mention is that I don't have a clue which one is which in the 3ltr pot lol. I just threw them haphazardly in there.

Hey @ProfessorFlora , that map you made for your "10 Commandments" grow could easily be etched onto a stone tablet.

And that other plant giving you trouble, let her know that if she doesn't shape up, then she could easily become a burning bush! :)
