Barney's Farm Blueberry Cheese, 600 Watt HPS, DWC, Rockwool

Crazy you can see the difference in just 8 hours. I have been checking every 2 hours on her lol. When I wake up I hope shes busted out!

Welcome to the party Blueberry Cheese! A little twisted but she will get there :laughtwo:

Also, White Widow, and two alaskan purple have popped down in the rockwool. Should be out soon! I threw an extra alaskan purple in a paper towel to play around with the paper towel method and she popped so I stuck her in the rockwool. Thats why I have two alaskan purple!

:yahoo: Always the best to see for me lol. I have great germination numbers but its always my most tedious part of the grow. I just like to see roots and im good.

This one will be going into a 6x6x6 block of Rockwool as soon as first roots appear. I will baby her for a few days after that and let the roots get established hand watering daily until she goes into the DWC setup. I will be using a square DWC bucket setup (Made for the 6x6x6 blocks of Rockwool), modified to fit my 27 gallon tote. Its about to be on!

Let there be life! I may have missed it but what light schedule are you rocking for the first bit?

I was on 24 hours until today. I switched to 18/6 where I will stay through veg. I do the 24 hours for heat for the seed mostly. Once they break ground I go to my 18/6.

Nice, I do something similar. Usually 2 weeks of 24-0 then switch to 18-6.
Cool! Do you notice any difference in root growth/plant growth by doing the 24/0? Ive done test in veg in the past with 24 hours and didnt like the root growth/plant growth on into veg. Never really compared it early on.

Never done a side by side on it, but generally I think it develops nice IMO
First pic is just over 2 weeks
Second is a couple days later
Third pic is 2 weeks on 18-6

Awesome! Welcome! Yes I do to. Its one of my favorite grow styles. You are just in time to see some crazy DWC growth, I hope! As soon as the roots hit the water its going to be on.

I believe I will be using the GeoFlora nutrients on this grow. Phantom was excited to see me use the MC but I kinda want to see if the Organic nutrients make the smoke better. I will be using other supplements as well so I guess its not organic but most of it will be. We will see!

Considering if I res change every week, I will use all of the 8lbs of nutrients from GeoFlora. Im not sure how I will like the cost of this long term. That seems to get pricey. I will have to stretch out the 4lb Bloom if I use it the whole flower. For 10 gallons you use one cup. I will have most likely close to 20 gallons in this tote at a time. So 2 cups of GeoFlora per week is a bit much and will be used quickly. We will see!

White Widow, and both Alaskan purples are doing great. The glookies has not cracked yet... :(. If it doesnt make it, That will leave me with ONE glookies seed left to try. Maybe im not meant to grow this strain??? :p
