Bapple's 2015 Outdoor Grow - Autos & Photos

She is rather eager isn't she? Anyway not much I can do about it - carestaker says she should be fine, so keeping my fingers crossed.

How are you and your fine lady wife - hope you are having a pleasant evening. :grinjoint:

Thanks what a day it was ,,I have put a swing chair out there in the garden a few days ago so she can at least be able to sit in some sun at last:Love:bless her she said after it felt like she had been on holiday for a bit:thumb: happiness is within,,she blows my mind how she gets through there is times when I just wanna scream I could never imagine going through what she is going through M.S can be so brutally cruel,,it took both our lives in a way
Until I found 420 :circle-of-love:

So at day 46 the accidentally decapitated AutoMazar is growing and stretching but she hasn't thrown out even one pistil. She will probably go over 100 days before she is ready for harvest. Both her and her sister have been treated exactly the same, except for the accidental topping. She is getting about an hour more of direct sunlight because she is somewhere else in the garden.

Good afternoon Jaga! I love my garden too but there is a lot of it to keep on top of. It was worth sacrificing London life for. My regards to your good wife.

Yesterday after examining the pictures in my last update, the Supreme Leader (my husband) insisted he could see pistils on the topped AutoMazar. Well just went out to give a good look over and he was correct she has shown pistils! :yahoo::yahoo:

So perhaps she is not so far behind her sister after all....

It's Swearengen!

Who he?!?! I'm going to google him in a minute.

But seriously - 50 - 100 seeds a time, why won't you share your grow/knowledge with us?

Okay I'll stop I read you're a single parent and know what that is like as I did it for 13 years

Just googled him - colourful character, but what a great lived in face.

I've actually never had a TV and never will, and you would probably laugh at the way I live it's pretty Stone Age, hunting and gathering and living off the ocean, in spite of the Internet connection which has arrived now. But I did watch that series because my friend made me, and I love that fellow. Maybe he just reminds me of my dad or something, Lol. Yeah lucky me.... As for my own knowledge, my grow has been pretty Stone Age as well but it's doing well in spite of myself. Learning a ton from this forum and getting a bit more professional about things now. I would love to do a journal I just don't know if I have time to do it justice atm. Maybe in the summer when 'I have more time' (ha ha).

Oh- the reason for all the seeds is because of a couple pollination mishaps. Not because I'm a bigshot grower or anything. So I have thousands of seeds and I use those as a sort of backup. A couple times I grew a whole bunch out, taking notes and clones and finding the best phenotypes and using those as mother plants for clones. But generally since I have so many, I just would throw them in the ground really thick, and like I said pick out the best ones. I'll never use them all before the seeds fail of old age anyway. I also have a bunch of strains going from seeds I've bought- the rest are backup sprouts.

Cool. Even Supreme Leaders are right once in a while

Hey Bapple, your plants look amazing, lovely green colour to all of them. Just curious, will you be trimming leaves at all? Whats your take on the trim or not to trim issue, cheers :-)

Wow, sounds idyllic! Stone Age works for me and tv is over rated. If it works for you and you do start a journal, it would be great to follow what you do. You've obviously got your ego totally reined in, if you don't have a need to show off your skills - good for you! :thumb:

The amusing thing is he finds gardening totally boring and when I talked him into this cannabis project I promised he would not have to lift a hand to do anything.

He reads through my journal and the forum once in a while and likes to look at the photos, but I didn't even know he knew what a pistil was. Yesterday when he said there are definitely pistils showing, I sarcastically said what do you even know a pistil to be and he said the white hair things that tell you it's a girl :jawdropper:

Hello there gazmufc! Thanks :thankyou:so far so good....

I don't train, I don't trim, I turn the pots once a week to try to ensure all the possible bud sites get a fair shot of sun. I love watching the master trainers at work but have never felt the need to train or trim my plants. For indoor growers I can understand that there are many limitations indoors so people have got to do what they've got to do.

Hope your weekend has started well :thumb:

Just popped out to see my girls and my Hollands Hope has got pistils on her! This is not good news, she has been outdoors since 14 days old so not sure why she is confused. I assume she'll figure out the days are getting longer not shorter and not go into flower......

I had an Afghan Kush Special last year that started flowering before the equinox, when the days were still getting longer. Ended up getting harvested way earlier than everything else. Turned out to be super chunky and one of my favorite smokes.
