BackLip Is Back With Green Crack & Sour Jack

The world is slowly peeling the veil from its eyes. Canada's legal market is helping that along, and soon Mexico will too.

I was medical and Tweed was my provider. Bakerstreet is a solid 20 % Indica. I imagine its going to be a short lil Kush full of inside growth.

Best weed I medicated with from Tweed was Sunset Leafs by Snoop.
Thanks bro, I will have to look for sunset leafs when I’m at the dispensary next. I love me some pink kush. Such a well balance body/head high!

what strains would you recommend for severe PTSD related IBS, spinal pain and Insomnia? Any ideas? TIA
Blue Dream is widely available with a California medical marijuana card. It is a mildly high-THC hybrid, and offers very reliable relief from PTSD. The sativa-dominant strain has an energizing and buoyant effect. It contains a nice dose of indica which produces a warm feeling of physical relaxation also. The herb is not very strong, so you can go about your business, feeling clear headed and fully functional while enjoying its PTSD-busting effects.

Grand Daddy Purple is a very pleasant indica-dominant hybrid that produces feelings of happiness, positivity and relaxation. It is often used by cannabis card holders who suffer from depression, and is widely regarded as an excellent strain for treating PTSD.

Stress Killer this is a high-CBD strain created by Royal Queen Seeds and easily available to people with a California medical marijuana card. It has quite low levels of THC, and is ideal for people who enjoy a mild but very manageable psychoactive effect. It will produce a light, sedative high and is ideal for relieving the anxiety that comes with PTSD.

A very popular indica-dominant strain that is famously good for pain and stress relief is Blueberry Kush. This is a big favorite with California marijuana card holders. It puts the body into a very relaxed state, and is widely availed of by PTSD sufferers.

Northern Lights is a massively popular indica-dominant strain that is used extensively by people with cannabis cards who suffer with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. It brings on a mellow high and is a fantastic sleep aid. It takes hold fast and knocks you out hard. Northern Lights and heavy machinery are not happy (or safe) bedfellows!

Even more of an insomnia-wrecker is Master Kush. This is a firm favorite of people who are cursed with chronic and extreme insomnia. It is a very strong strain that is not for first time smokers. You should be an experienced 420 card user before you use this powerful strain! It will knock you out hard and fast, producing a super-mellow high and ultra-relaxed body. Don’t bother getting much, you won’t be needing it! Oh and make sure you are seated somewhere nice and comfortable when you smoke this awesome strain, because you probably won’t be moving very far for the foreseeable future!

Pineapple Express is a relatively mild sativa-dominant hybrid strain with a THC content of about 20%. The effects are pleasantly relaxing. It provokes a warm, happy feeling, and is eminently usable for during the day. Many PTSD sufferers have enjoyed the effects that this pleasant strain has given them.

Wow BLS. Thank you so much for the in-depth recommendations. I have tried the Bluedream but not enough of it to be able to be definitive. I liked it but it didn't make the cut. I will try it again. Northern Lights is tops, I agree. I am trying to get that into my apothecary. I recently tried my Pineapple Express home grow which was one of my tiny winter window plants. I made a comment about that earlier. It's fabulous and I must source more. I have been impressed by Blueberry but it is not heavy enough. I think I have a tolerance. I want to try ATF. I am very keen to add GDP to the apothecary and will look out for Master Kush. The other one I wondered about, as it is recommended by some, is Purple Urkle? I don't like couch lock. I like to feel in complete control of my actions, so sativa all the way. I tried the Hindu Kush and that is a strange sensation in my body. It gives me a buzz I don't like but it does make me sleep through the night if I drink evoo. It's not what I am looking for though. I am prioritizing the purples now and northern lights. I would like to harvest some next year. :hippy: :circle-of-love:

Update:

Sorry for not posting in a while, I feel it’s been forever since I last updated!

Well I’m working in this C.R.U building. Just finishing the base building. The only space that’s rented out, of the building so far, is a pot shop. Not sure what the name is yet, but I’m sure I will find out, because I’m pretty sure, the company I work for is getting the interior package of that unit as well. So That’s pretty cool, it’ll be my third pot shop I helped build the interior of. :yahoo:
Anyways, I should be in trim jail, but I’m avoiding it like the plague I guess, because now would be my time to be doing it, as my daughter is napping. But, I’ve been away from my very own journals for long enough. I’ll use this quiet time, to update said journals. If I’ve got some time left, you bet you’re ass, I’m going to put my self in jail! At least for a lil bit. Hopefully finish it off tonight. Enough about my other journal. Back to this one..

The young lads were looking pretty dry, as of Thursday night. Was just heading to bed, and just topped them up with plain tap water. They will be getting there second early veg dose of nutrients tonight. They seem to be doing really well, with only one real feeding so far.

I’ll start off with the GC. She’s definitely out growing the others. I normally keep them closer to the light to promote tighter internode spacing, but have left them on the bottom of the box, to do the opposite. It’s working for the GC.

I normally keep them nice and short because of my veg box is only 18” inside, to inside, but my flowering plants are almost done, and my old 4’ flowering tent was rebuilt, to be 6’2” tall. So Why not use up some more of that space.

Next up, is SJ. You can see the height difference between the top leaf of GC compared to SJ.

Next up is the Tweed. (I know, it’s actually called Bakerstreet, but tweed rolls off the tongue better!) she still looks pretty ruff, from neglecting her needs earlier in her life. Again, I’m not worried. :thumb:

Now I’ll finish off with a group shot!

I hear sirens in the back ground. (As I’m sitting in my garage with the garage door open slightly, with the door to the back yard wide open) Sounds like shits going down. (Surprise surprise)

funny story, I was on Main Street the other day, and I witnessed a cop chase. Black truck was fleeing from some where, blew through the red light I was sitting at, with 5 cop cars chasing the one individual I saw in the truck. It was a pretty intense moment.

Then a good friend came over last weekend, and said her ex husbands truck got stolen. There was a drunk lady that jumped in his truck as he was brushing the snow off his truck. He jumped in the passenger to try get a hold of the chick, but missed then got shaken out of the truck by her reckless driving. That was the vehicle I saw being chased by those cops.. SMH..

Anyways, have a great weekend everyone! I’m off to my other journal! :surf:

Update:

After a much needed day away, from my daughter. She came back from grandmas, a little demon child. Omg she was absolutely awful! (Insert gun to head emoji here) she’s bad most nights, but tonight she was... shit idk how to describe it, a lil demon child I guess.. I’m glad she’s in bed now. Oh just as I look at the baby monitor, I see she’s thrown all of her stuffed animals onto the floor, and has removed her pyjamas. :eye-roll:

I love my child, I love my child, I love my child...!

:lot-o-toke:

Ok, back to the plants...

I got a couple pictures of the plants today, coming off their feeding last night. One of the pictures, is the Green Crack. She’s growing funny. Kinda like my late DA2 I just finished harvesting today. She was growing normally, and then only shot out one side, off an internode. Then proceeded to shoot out two branches for the next internode. :hmmmm:
weird..

When I went to pick up my daughter from grandmas today. I guess my brother dropped off an old photo of my moms dog.

Kind of a funny story, my brother was fresh out of high school, He was driving back to town, from a small lake about a half hour out of town. He saw someone throw something out In the ditch, and drive off.
So he, stopped (my brother) and investigates, he finds a young puppy, that had sap in her hair and was in rough shape. So he took her, and then shortly after that his friends and him got evicted from the house they lived in because they were selling, blah blah blah...

so my mom took her, and has been With her since. She’s getting old now, can still run like a young dog, And is still healthy but she’s definitely getting old, and cranky.

We always thought she was blind because of her eyes. A beautiful baby blue.
anyways, enough rambling. I’ll finish off with a picture of her as a puppy.

Hope you all had a great weekend!

What a looker!!!

Update:

Just a quick update. Couple pictures of the plants, and one of them is what I’m thinking I’m going to do with the Gc, on topping. The GC is exploding with growth. She’s ready to be topped soon. The other two, maybe another week yet give or take.

Since the GC threw a wrench at me, and decided to only shoot one branch on the 4th node up. I’m going to cut that branch right off. Cut the bottom internode clean off. Leave node 2 on, (which I normally, cut the bottom two nodes off) and create my three internodes that way. When normally, I cut above the fifth node, cut the bottom two branches off, leaving three in tact. If the bottom node (third node) doesn’t make it to the top canopy when I lollipop, then sayonara, good bye. This approach will have to do.

The other two plants I might do the same, just to keep the topping all around the same time frame.

Thats all for tonight. I will post again, when I actually suit up for surgery!
:passitleft:

They probably thought that dog was the devil with eyes like that and needed it out of their lives. Good thing your brother happened by!
Lol  That’s funny!

I live near a reserve, so unfortunately, that type of stuff happens all the time around here. Lucky for the pup, my brother just so happened to be driving by.

The plants look great, and I hope your daughter has calmed down from the sugar rush of staying at Grandma's house! My mother used to say she was my daughter's fairy godmother.
Thank you sir! :circle-of-love:

I think it’s more of, having her mothers attitude. The sugar was just fuel on the fire!:laughtwo:

thanks for dropping in shed! Good to see you.

Update:

I was thinking it was the day to top my three. For the GC, she’s beyond ready. The SJ, is ready, but the tweed seed isn’t ready yet. So I will give them a couple more days. I’m being very lazy with these three. Just kinda, very nonchalant... meh, I’ll get there eventually.

I had it the other way around. The tweed is ready but not the SJ. Meh.. I’ll get there when I get there.
