- I think i might have to top the HGK at some point.. It's growing faster than the CK so topping would buy it some time to catch up. That or i gotta LST. I was planning on not touching them this time though..

I grew 3 HGKs last year and while they were a bit more potent than the other strains I've grown, the breeder description was a bit off...
Also they stretched a fair bit more than the other plants during flower so you'll have to work hard to keep it short.
 
:passitleft: I just wanted to clarify something on the Top Led lights... The reflector series does all have bloom and veg switches but you must run both switches at bloom or the fans will not run... You do save some wattage on the veg side only having to run the one switch.... The Mars II's are full spectrum and the only one that comes with a bloom and veg switch is the Mars II 1600... I have veg'd and bloomed with the Mars II 400s with no issues at all.... The new Sun series has the switches also.... I love my Top Leds and I'm a real person...:yahoo:....:circle-of-love:

Thanks for sharing bro. I already noticed the HGK likes to stretch more than the CK.. going to be exciting to see what happens in flower ;)

Hash-Tips / Light Bleeching

So about a week ago or something, i noticed this phenomenon in Chronic's journal. I had seen it couple times before and only knew about the lightbleech-theory, so i kinda googled it today (dunno why i waited for a week lol) and i found this interresting article on another forum..

So naturally i figured all of you light freaks would appreciate this :)
