Away's First Grow - DIY Closet Grow - TopLED Mars II 80x5 - 2014

So I hought someone else would but I will. They doubled? How tall were they in the beginning? Do you have before and after pictures to compare? If its a doubling of 2 inches to 4 that makes sense but im thinking you meant taller.

Im talking leaves not stretch, and mainly the black russian.. that one just keep getting wider ;)

Don't listen to me but it seems as though that bitch has been giving you trouble for quite some time.

She has man, but for now having her isnt a problem, so i'll let her go and hope she'll produce something.. if not, thats okay. If space becomes an issue i'll have to let her go as well, for the greater good.

I just scored some 1x3 cedar (and some shakes) which is more than strong enough for lights + it helps with scent, humidity, and bugs. I knew about the smell and bugs but CO Finest clued me into the humidity benefits :peace:

Tommorow is day 7 of the seedling stage for the little ladies..
So in about another week or 2 i will give the first grow-nutes (1/4 dose to start)

I have 1 question: When do i transplant the 2 ladies i've got in the little pots? In another week? How long does it take to fill up that little pot?
The other 4 have space enough for a while :thumb:

When the leaves have overgrown the edges of the pot you can check to see if the seedling is root bound and requires transplanting.

It's pretty awesome finding all these little bits of wisdom scattered throughout this site and not just a bunch of BS :)

I've gotten nearly every dime of knowledge I know about growing here on 420 from all the great members Budnoob. I'm still a newbe but with the little I know I do my 420 duty & pay it forward. It's that revolving door that makes this the greatest place to learn this craft in the universe.

Hey guys, this morning i woke up and found the black russian seedling with leaves looking like this:

Anyone have an idea what happened to her? Too much water maybe? asking for nutes?

I agree with b.real she does look better, and I am starting to see the sweet frosty crystals! :cheertwo:

I don't know if this is good advice, I expect somebody to correct me if I'm wrong. But even though she is an AF I would remove some of those affected leaves. Not for cosmetic purposes but so the light can hit the lower buds more too. I know defoliation is a very controversial thing around here but I don't think she can get more stressed anyway, and don't think the half dead leaves are useful to her now.

Sorry if I said something wrong.

The babies look great, I have no idea why the small one is that way, how old is it? I wouldn't start feeding them until they are at least 2 weeks old, but no clue if that is a starving baby or not.
