Autumn/Winter Two Strains In Hempy

The algae isn't dead yet. I may come up with a temporary shield for the top of the pot to get some contrast between the plant and its background.
Here are some screenshots of the tent conditions, for those who are interested.

And on to the plants

I actually like it. It looks like grass.
Well I'd prefer if it weren't there. It's interfering with the pics too.
I felt the exact same way about SIP! Slow slow slow HOLD ON!!!
I have heard that there can be a bit of a stall, going from a regular pot to a SIP. Luckily, the soil in my outdoor SIP was moist rather than wet in the top half, so it didn't really stall when I transferred it from the solo cup.
I think it's because my SIP has a small res for its size.

GSC is looking like she might be brushing the top of the res. I should know for sure when I compare these pics with the ones I take tomorrow.
I think Cherry Bomb is looking pretty happy too.

Thanks for stopping by!

Looks like the algae is here to stay.
It doesn't seem to have noticed the H2O2.

Babies looking good MH, how far down does the algae go?

If you cover the Perlite to block the light, it will limit the algae growth. Paper plate, plastic bag, etc... :thumb:
Yeah, I thought about doing that, but the top of the pot is the only point of significant oxygen exchange.
Since the algae isn't actually hurting anything I think I'll just wait until the leaves shade the soil. If that doesn't kill it, at least I won't see it anymore.

Thanks con!
Since the perlite is opaque, it only goes down about 5mm. It does need light to survive, as MedScientist said.
I am wondering why the peroxide spray didn't do anything though.

Here they are today.
