Auto Topping Thread

Is it Bushy???
=========

the toppped one (center-top) is not that bushy. I have even did a minimum "lst" by spreading the two tops, to get light in the center where branches are forming. The bushiest is the Amnesia XXL and it has remained untouched (a couple of leaves) but it is meant to be "XXL". The California Snow is not XXL. The 3rd one is AutoNightQueen it has not been topped but I removed a few leaves at the top: I don't think it liked it that much. Time will tell, it is a question of weeks now. I have topped my last surviving AutoColoradoCookie too but did not take any picture.

Top center: california snow topped a couple of weeks ago (may be 3 weeks).

If you're patient and aren't Add/adhd then you can wait till the nodes separate a little more. But for me I cut asap, I'll move the vertical little stemmy things and cut at a 45°.some cut a u-shape. Important note :don't cut the new leaves in between the stem and leaf stem. Also don't cut the little "stemmy" thingies on either side (someone help with their name)

That's the AutoColoradoCookie topped yesterday. I wanted to try thebeast27's idea but this one is not very strong, may be too soon to cut leaves. All the big leaves are tucked so all the branches see the light asap. It's not very visible on the picture, except that one corner of a fan leave that is over a new top and that i will go tuck now. I'll see if I cut them later. That's 3rd node i think.

ok, i see, in fact, that's how i do it :-) , i thought you also removed the 2 big leaves under where you topped; so you have only a stem with two little new tops. it could work, but if i try it, i think i prefer to do it on the "blow mind".
