Auto Topping LED Grow

Ok brother... I was just making sure you had it in the regiment... I reccomend general organics cal mag plus it has a 0-0-0rating..

Just didn't know if you had looked up the use of cal mag with LED.... for some reason with LED lighting the need for cal mag is greatly increased... one of my ultimates got Def very fast when I switched to LED I had to feed the reccomended HEAVY dose daily during flower

Atrain, what were your signs of deficiency?

I have a sick plant right now, it's been teetering for a month or so. I may up the dosage on that Calmag myself.

I use a liquid.

I start getting small discolored spots... they turn into rust spots quickly if no cal mag if I add the cal mag it's slow and later stops progressing

Ahhh.....that may explain the outdoor plants for sure.

The sick plant indoors is not experiencing the rust spots, just plain yellowing leaves that started at the bottom and have spread widely. Not over/underwatering, I ruled that out. I'm going to mix up some nutrients again and include Cal/Mag today. For awhile I thought it had been a cold draft from the former Garage grow room, but the other plant that was suffering from that has recovered with the new grow room.

Now, the rust spots...my outdoor plants that were in pots suffered these heavily. I determined that they had been getting depleted of their nutrients due to rains basically flushing their pots out with the drainage. Would that make sense to you?

If I do another outdoor grow (which I highly doubt, it was a nightmare) I will up the use of the Cal/Mag if they are potted up.

Makes perfect sense to me... I stopped doing a mid life flush on my plants because the day or two after even if I feed I start getting rust...

I put a time lapse camera on my auto seed, we'll see how that turns out as it sprouts and grows a bit. ;-)

I use grow , micro , bloom.

Im not going micro route.i already have advanced nutes grow.and now the calmag .in 2 weekd in getting the bloom and afew other flowering goodies.and sonic i didnt know either till stumbled upon yesterday .and i add calmag to my plants even if there is no def signs as ur plants need it at certain times of growth happy growing every1

Ha ha kushtie reading ur plants mind and knowing her needs good job even if a plant isnt showing signs still best to add calmag at the right times. Maybe ur hydro plants will like abit even if they dont look like they need anything u get me have a good day mate
