Hello all :ciao:
Pineapple kush auto....day 49 from seed.

:woohoo: That just makes me :yahoo::cheesygrinsmiley:

Question....how long does it take to go from clear trichs to....cloudy.....some amber....lots of amber..etc. I am just trying to plan popping some more auto beans around 2 weeks before these finish. Any advice would be great.

:circle-of-love:
Lovely lady Bckush, she's getting so bulky :thumb: you'll have clear trichomes forever, they start to emerge early in flower and sometimes even in vegetation. Going on an 8-9 week flower to harvest well say.. Once they become milky, maybe around week 5 of flower you'll start to see the final phase creep in. They'll changeover to amber gradually depending on light/environmental conditions and nutes. By week 7 of flower and the buds are starting to tighten and bulked up. The trichomes should be starting to amber, then it could take a week or two to get your desired amber content for effect.

Once I see 10% amber that signals my two week mark. One flush and the water only till I get the amber I want. If you're wanting 2 weeks prior, then sow when you flush this one. :Namaste:

Hey guys, i want to share with you my auto tutankhamon just harvested :)

Very potent, generous harvest and good smell.
King Tutan is back :D
Awesome Tesla's, I am a big fan of Tutankhamen. I just finished up my jars from the last run I did. It's some sweet and powerful smoke indeed. I'm curious to the autoflower version of this, makes me want to buy more seeds. Thanks for sharing :Namaste:

She was a very nice strain to grow up. Never a problem, always full of life. I tried some charas made from the pollen stuck in my hand while trimming and at the first one i had tears on my eyes :D

Loved it

So with Autos, I should be running my veg and bloom switches the entire life cycle? Ive only been running the veg lights since sprouting 7 days ago
Absolutely use both switches all the time. You are wise to give the seedlings just veg though. Sometime the intensity can give them foliar problems like twisted leaves or worse light burn. I usually use cfls for the first week and that would be only 6500k( blue spectrum). I do suggest however that the LED panel be closer if you're using only the veg switch for the seedlings. But now that they are over a week old it's good to have full spectrum so they can build heartier/stronger stems. Red spectrum will help with that.
also been running 24/7 light. just flipped lights off, going to do 20/4 for the time being. see how that goes.
Again you've instinctively done the right thing. I like 24h lights on for my seedlings, usually about a weeks worth. Then It goes to 19/5...just to be different :) The 24 hours is good because it keep stretch down and node spacing tight. It does however, imo, slow them down in their root development which is crucial at that early stage. So for my autos I've been starting then with 19/5 right away, big roots equals big plants:thumb:

Almost, this week is flush and hopefully friday/sunday will be chop-chop time. Do you wait for them to dry out before cutting?

Hello all :ciao:

An issue is starting to show up and I could use some advice. Yesterday I found this on Patty

I thought no big deal....it's just one...right

this morning I am finding more at the bottom of the plant.

I am using Happy frog and have been feeding once a week with 1/4 strength tiger bloom since week 3, I have tried to feed more than 1/4 but keep having burnt tips show up so I have went back to 1/4 strength. Not sure if this normal or a def, of some kind.

Any help would be great

Im thinking Magnesium or iron, if you have Epsoms salt that should do it. But necrosis is natural in late flower.

How much epsoms salt per gallon and how often?????

I know its normal late in flower but I'm not sure where the plant is.....she is 50 days old today....strain guide says as fast as 56-64 days from seed.....most have said no way that she is ready then and I would agree except I have no experience. I know that most would say to expect 70-80 days or so or about 7-8 weeks from flower......she was showing pre flowers at 14 days and I would say her stretch was over and she was in full bloom around day 25....if I go 7-8 weeks from day 25 that would be around 95-100 days before harvest. I don't know...its so confusing.....I guess this is part of learning the strain and what it does.

If its really 95-100 days total then she has 40-50 days left.....I know i'm a newbie but I cant imagine her going another 40-50 days before she is done......however them buds would be HUGE if she did....I'm ok with that by the way :)

Any thoughts??????????

Yes, I wait until their dry. I'll flush then depending on trichomes I'll water again or chop her

Definitely magnesium, good eye Pennywise. Pennywise has you covered on the Epsom salts too, a great natural/organic replacement for calmag. You good feeding them that until they flush, they'll be fine brother :thumb:
