Does anyone lollipop there autos?? I am running some XL autos and just started stretch and it's branches start LOW
 
I have a Bubblegum Auto a little over 2 weeks old. It is growing fine, but cannot post a picture now. At what age should I expect it to start the stretch? Also how soon should first flowers begin appearing? I'm guessing another week for first flowers, but in total ignorance.

Depends on strain I would say. My Black Jacks started stretching at week 4 and had buds at week 5. I topped, LST'd and scrogged them though so that may have put them back a bit. They are a 10 week strain. My Super Uzi germinated at the same time is a week behind the blackjacks in development. You should see some great growth in the next two weeks.

That info on topping and LST setting them back a bit? I thought to top, but chose to LST. Thinking (just trying logic here) that if I top...that would mean an extra week plus to make new growth and more time for the new growth to size. It would seem to me that topping is not the best system for that reason and LST is better, but as they say? What do I know*

I'll let you know what I yield in a few weeks . We will see if it all worked out. I've got some great colas going now though.
 
The Bubblegum is about 8 inches tall at 2 weeks and a few days (did not pay attention to dates). The LST is producing shoots with vigor. I'm using sunshine from the balcony glass and it gets about 7 hours mostly full sun and at night only a couple of 4200 lumen twist bulbs...so not much for explosive growth there, but I mostly got the Bubblegum auto to have some auto genes to other strains.

Appreciate the update on the topping.

That is a beautiful space and very nice lights! Your plants also look fantastic! Our grow room is 4x4x6. We were persuaded by friends here to grow in coco.

Coco for mother's and DWC for autos while mothers veg Bc I make them big I have 2 5 by 5 by 7 and 1 4 by 4 by 7 and each is a different type of perpetual harvest
