Auto Growers Club

OK, I think I've caught the hang of posting pictures... I hope.

This is my first grow, both plants are autos, and they are about 4 weeks in. I think they're real small for 4weeks,but I didn't expect much for my first time. Wondering what I can improve upon next time though. Any tips welcomed!

Here is my set up, 2 60w cfls and an led board:

Welcome mate :)

Yep you've definitely got the hang of posting photos.

I am only a beginner myself, but they definitely look small for 4 weeks I think.

Can you give us more details please mate?

Strain?
Watering / feeding schedule?
Any nutrients?
Lights on and off hours?
Which LED is it?
Spectrum of bulbs?

I'm sure someone will soon be able to help :)

PS. Are they crying out to be fed? Possibly? Just a guess!

Strains are pineapple express from Barney's farm, and the other is northern lights from sensi seeds. I didn't label them do I have no idea which is which now... .

Lights are on 24hrs

I haven't given any nutrients yet, I've read a lot of stuff about autos not liking them very much?

As for watering, I water when they look dry, no set schedule.

Again I am a newbie so take my advice with a big pinch of salt, BUT, I think they want food! Feed me Daddy! Some yummy chemicals :)

They are Candy Cane 7 week autos from Crop Kings.

Here's my journal!

Got an actual link to your journal buddy? As I'm a lazy old fella and not the most tech savvy man in the world to find it by searching :)

Hi Nuckscelts, that is some nice looking Candy Cane. I am a newbie and growing the Candy Cane Autos also. Mine are at day 41 and have just started to flower and are showing white hairs, but no flowers to speak of yet. I look forward to following your journal and watching your grow for some pointers.

I don't know for certain but I don't think they have enough light as mine are just under the 4 week mark and they are in pre flower stage

I'm not certain if it is that are you running them in a tent ? Have you got fresh air circulating ? Have you got anything to measure the temps ? Have you used and nutes? By morning I'm sure Sombody with more experience than me will help out have you transplanted them at all as my transplanted ones took a while to catch up they looked like fresh seedlings lol. Happy growing velk

Does anybody know a cheap mini/micro air con unit that is affordable as with both switches on I can't control the temp with the tent and door closed ... I think it will get way to hot in there don't want to cause more stress on them all I can find is ones that you fill with water but that will just cause another issue with rh if anybody could help id be so thankful

Put some apple cider vinegar in a cup. Cover it tight with thin clear food wrap plastic and poke tiny holes in it. They go in tiny holes and don't come back out

Thank you man.
To be honest i tried the same method you suggested, but with balsamic vinegar (the only one that i had at home), because in internet someone says that it should work like apple vinegar. It didn't work :/

Then i remembered that i had a product that i used to kill spider mites on my old outdoor baby. Tried it, and literally every fruit flies (that now i'm suspecting being fungus gnat instead), were dieing in front of my eyes in just few seconds.
The only downside is that 100 ml costed me 15 euros.

See
I'm only running 2 900w LEDs so it's not even to hot in there I don't understand it lol I might put something that soaks moisture in there they sell these things that suck the water out of the air and they are cheap

I've heard cat litter works well for soaking moisture out the air fill some tights or stockings up with it .

Do you have all the wiring inside your tent on a power strip? Or outside? Being outside will lower the temps.
