Day 24 (D1 flower): Hi all , just a quick update to show the stretching over the last 24 hours since restaking again. They have begun going vertical again and re-created the bushy appearance . Now that they are in the transitional phase and will potentially double in general structure , I plan to let them keep going a little more lateral before using the final stretch to start the bud stacking hopefully. It has allowed a good amount of growing tips to emerge as mains that should all recieve a similar portion of the available energy and food to create some uniform buds in a crown and a couple in the middle. Both of the Banana trained have responded with the same bounce back so should play ball if I can keep the #1 from dominating the light height setring. She wants to go tall after her F.i.m so I think some form of gentle supercropping needs to be used. she easily reaches the pot edges now so with stretch to come , I need to work it out.
The 3 Purple monkey are really going for it now and have some very nice stems thickening up alongside definable flowers so I can see their plans for heavy buds already. They are in some big 60L pots but could be easily held at the pots edges with their size. I am impressed with them so far and they look so damn healthy too. Inhave given them a feed of 12g/10L Megacrop to offer a little boost and see how they respond. tips are green and clean so if too strong , will show quickly . I also added 10ml silicon and 10ml calmag to each bucket. They took the 10L between the three and a slight runoff was visible. They are being fed every 2 days due to the pot size mainly and drying out in the room temps but thankfully the Mc doesn't build excess salts up like normal feed so the plants are hopefully using it before the tops of the pots dry out.
The Cream cookie is happy and showing flowering signs too. Her size is nice and chunky so should be a bud monster soon.
The Mango X mimosa lemon has some very big fan leaves at approx day 16. bigger than my hand already!!! I think if female , she will be a huge plant !!. The X mystery is playing catch up and way behind by about a week. In general , all is as should be and it is a case of guiding the mains as stretch gets busy. Happy days. Be well.
