Thanks Mr.S, we are finding our way through it each in our own way to be honest. We had 5 grand kids and 2 of our kids over for Christmas, so our hearts were full for the day. Cheers to a Better New Year heading our way!:love:
 
Hope you all enjoyed a Merry Christmas this year. Days seem to run into one another this past year so I do get lost sometimes and apologize for not updating the Journal as much as I should.
So Here you folks go:

Day 22 today for all the girls. Still on just water daily. Will be giving them weekly compost teas starting next Saturday, so till then, enjoy!
The Lightning McQueen is a toy my grand son left at the house yesterday:rofl:

So I decided not to do any bending over or light LST. Just going to tie back branches as they get in the way this round. I did top one of the blueberries as well, I figured since I had 2 let's give it a try..
Girls are 24 days old today and still on just water till about day 40 or when they start to show the first signs of needing nutrients. When that time comes they will start to get some black strap molasses and compost teas...

4 of the 6 are starting to show pistils and signs of entering flower, so not too much except some molasses this morning. Other than that not much going on over here except smoking today and relaxing. Girls got a full Compost tea with worm castings and re-charge. Everything in all the new growth is awesome color and nutrient uptake appears to be close to perfect. On a side note, one of the seeds i got from 420 FastBuds (Cream Cookies) has a genetic issue with growing branches on only one side of the plant (Not Happy) but what can I do but grow it out and hope for a halfway decent haul?

Looking good! I'd lean over a plant with growth only on one side, like this (different angle here), or as close as it will let you bend it...a bit at a time.

A lot of folks actually strip the underside growth during training anyway.
 
Update: Day 35 today and that means week 5, for 5 of 6 in flower. All is well over here at the Casa, been a rough start to the year of course for me and the wife with our sons anniversary of his death on the 3rd of January. Just trying to stay busy with work, horticulture of Cannabis and reading. not much else to do as of late.
All the girls are still on a water and once a week compost tea.
Discoloration seems to me to be too much light too soon, turned it back down to 50% at about 600PPFD. Leaves are looking way better in the last three days...

I'm glad you and your wife got through that awful anniversary and you're staying busy! The plants are looking good, and nice catch on the lights.
