AussieBlue's Perpetual Grow Journal: Next Generation

Candy mothers new hempy. Barely a resevoiur. Want it to dry out as quick as possible. And larger footprint=more nutes. Should survive just nice with a weekly watering without drowning. Will get a real good flush/runoff at feeds tho. 50-100%.

Damn lost the picture of her roots. Dont think she would like me pulling her again. Massive root structure. In her new happy place now. Saved 4 .5" headroom so far. Will get some water only and settle in for a day.
Now for a bit of bondage... she likes it rough...

All uo gone from 73cm from floor height to 37cm. Plenty of room for clones to form now. And all these branches will go one day and the baby stuff even lower will come through. And i guess one day we will start over... will provide way more clones than i need.

Lol. Was going through some old boxes and found these seeds from when i was growing in the bush like 15yo. Look OK, wonder what they are? Used to grow all kinds of random stuff. Could be anything.
Should try a couple and see... if they germinate.

Only 1 way to find out .

True ill drop some in some water later. Found a bit of "c" section alumjnium channel that may work a treat on the light mover so playing with that atm. Trying to figure out the exact spacing of my lights and ill cut it to length and mount it and add some rings to hang the lights.

Always wanted one, just to get in from all angles. Will only travel 2ft of so back and forth for now, but has future possibilties of moving further if i make a light change.

Found some sources to make those quantum boards. Could make two panels for $200 AUD + driver. Anyway still looking into it. Can buy rows of lights. And stick them to a sheet of aluminium with thermal glue. 12 rows is meant to make a quantum eqivelent. $9 a row of lights and just wire them up.
Can get them real cheap if you buy 10,000. Like $1.50 each. Lol. Anyway planty more reading up to be done on them yet.

Worked out i am only going to have 18" travel back and forth. Doesnt seem like much, but it gets the lights from one edge of their side of the cupboard to the other so best i can do atm. To be honest my biggest problem is that ducting is in the way for the exhaust. But i am also limited in cord for the lights cause the ballasts are under the house so it sort of works ok. Trade offs. Cupbord was at its max normal daily temp of 32c today and it hit 40c outside at 5:00pm. So tenps are ok. Would have been > 45c before the mods so .
